Good value beef. I asked if they could slice up the top round into ¼" slices for a recipe I was making, and they had no problem doing so. He even made sure to ask me if I wanted it sliced with the grain or against the grain. It's not the best cut of beef, but had excellent value from Sam's lower price. Well definitely go back for more when I need it.

This beautiful piece of meat had just the right amount of fat and lots of lean meat which cooks to perfection. It was tender and juicy and fork tender. My idea of the perfect roast for family and friends.

I love purchasing this cut. I find it so versatile for dinners; steak bites, tacos, stir fry, and anything else that calls for beef. I slice up after bringing it home and place in the fridge so it's recipe ready. The price point is good.

Sam's club offers great service ,great prices and the best tasting beef. Their cafeteria can't be beat!

This roast was a little to thick for my liking

Was the toughest sirloin I have had.

When I cooked it and gave a little bite to my dog, she was sick for four days. I gave it to her at night planning to cook potatoes and carrots. The next day with it there was a green film on the top of the crockpot. I tried to return it and I have reference number 260510-016435. No one has contacted me about it or tried to help me through the situation. The Sam's I bought it from is Grand Junction and that's an hour and a half from me.
