The tires have been maintained to a standard that eliminates typical user-error explanations. Tire pressure has been consistently maintained within BFGoodrich specifications. The tires have been professionally balanced and rotated at 5,000-mile intervals. A professional alignment has been performed and verified to Thuren Suspension specifications, which fall well within acceptable parameters for both on-road use and tire longevity. Suspension and steering components are in proper working order with no abnormal wear or mechanical deficiencies that would explain this pattern. Despite this, the tires are now extremely difficult—if not impossible—to balance properly. Road noise has increased substantially, and visible cupping is present across multiple tires, indicating a systemic issue rather than an isolated defect. The uniformity and progression of the wear strongly suggest a defect in construction, internal belt integrity, or compound consistency. Of particular concern is that this experience is not unique. A review of publicly available consumer feedback reveals a significant number of similar complaints describing premature cupping, uneven wear, and balance instability with the KO3 model. I purchased these tires in reliance on BFGoodrich's reputation for engineering, durability, and accountability. Based on this experience, that reliance was misplaced. Absent a meaningful response or corrective action, I cannot recommend the KO3 and would caution prospective buyers to carefully consider the growing body of evidence indicating premature wear and balance defects. BFGoodrich should treat this matter seriously. The consistency of these failures across multiple consumers suggests an issue that warrants formal investigation and corrective action, not continued silence.

This is my second set of BF Goodrich all terrain tires I have purchased. The perform light years better than any others I have ran on my pickups. I have used Toyo (worst ever) Big O brand, and a couple others and have finally made it back to the BFG. They are quiet, grip all terrain I venture into, and outlast any others. I won't use any other from now on unless they change something and it makes them perform poorly.

I bought these tires after my previous set had worn down, although I achieved 70k miles from them it was time for a change. I had ran a set of the KO2's some time ago and didn't have much bad at all to say, so I tried these new KO3 series ones out. I got these in October, it's now January. I'm from MI, where we don't have the snow we used to but still get a fair amount. I fully REGRET wasting my money on these! Have less than 10k on them, an spent more time stuck or in a ditch than actual driving this winter. Even in 4wd, these tires have left me stranded several times. They seem to wear incredibly uneven, despite a brand new alignment as well as an entire front end in the truck. I hate to say this, as my KO2's really never gave even half the issues my KO3's seem to. In the region we have seen days of just 2" or so of snow, and others with 6"+ of snow. Wet heavy snow, to fluffy light powder. Every. Single. Time. I end up staying home. I will no longer be running these tires on my truck, I do not trust them nor feel safe with them. Even in the rain before winter, these struggled to maintain traction. Huge disappointment! Why are we promoting and charging top dollar for a tire that can be outperformed by a highway tire?!

Terrible balancing problems. Just couldn't get them to balance after 2 sets. For the price shouldn't be a problem. KO2's were the same but figured they may have fixed the issue. Went with Yokohama M/T GOO3's. Awesome tire. Excellent performance in all conditions, durability and really quiet for an aggressive tread pattern. Balanced with no issues at

Quality not on par with the KO2s which came as OEM on my Ineos Grenadier. I thought I was upgrading to my new KO3s in 285/75/R17 and in fact I have downgraded. I had my excellent Ineos Dealer here in Colorado install my new tires… Noticed right away my vehicle, which has just been aligned and was tracking perfectly with my KO2s Was pulling to the left… Then at two speeds around 30 and 65 the sound from the left front was noticeably different than the other three tires .. “woah woah woah” Going down the road as if the tires had been inappropriately worn, and this was in the first 10 miles… I'll be taking them back to the dealer next week hopefully that one tire can be replaced and will be back in business. ) hard to tell the noise was so disappointing. I hope it's only that one tire) … At the moment I have buyers remorse. I wish that I still had the option of the KO2 In the same size… if you're concerned about the reviews regarding quality, balancing and construction, pay attention, they worried me and I thought maybe some people had just been unfortunate. I don't think so…. I think this is indicative.

Bought a full set of 5 for my truck, was very excited after seeing reviews compared to other brands in the same class. Had them delivered mounted and balanced on a new set of wheels and tires from Tire Rack. Put them on the truck, made it about 2min down the road before I felt vibrations. After hours of back and forth with TR and hundreds spent on balancing and road force, they still couldn't be balanced. Infuriating and disappointing. I returned them and swapped to a different brand in the same class and they run absolutely fine, as do the factory set.

These tires are the worst tires I've ever bought. They're dangerous in wet snow and ice. Last night on our way home the road was wet and the car in front of us slammed on their brakes to make an illegal turn. So I had to slam on the brakes and almost smashed into the back of them because the tires just slid. ABS was going crazy. I wasn't too close to the car but because of their unsafe decision to stop and turn in the middle of the road it almost caused and accident. I originally went with these becase of the reputation of the KO2s. I heard that these were supposed to better than the KO2 and from everything I read on the forums and the reviews here and my personal experience I'd highly HIGHLY recommend against these tires. I'm very disappointed I spent my money on them and have to wait until I can save for a different set because we waited so long. But we got them at the end of the spring and didn't experience them in wet traction until fall so we were well outside the 60 days by the time we experienced how crappy these are. If I could sue BFG for how horrible these are I would in a heartbeat.

I owned KO2's on my 2021 Chevy Trail Boss LT and I loved them. Great wet traction and stopping power. Main reason I bought them was for winter driving and they did not disappoint. Just bought a new 2026 LT Trail Boss that came with mud tires. Heading for the ADK's in upstate NY the end of January. Upgraded my tires to KO3's. They look like they will do the job in the ADK mountains, snow and ice… I already feel more confident in tackling that weather!

I purchased these to replace the factory Duratrac tires on my 2020 Colorado ZR2 and kept the factory tire size (265/65R17). Soon after my purchase I took a 1,000+ mile road trip. At 80+ mph, the ride was very smooth. I did not experience any balancing issues that have been noted on some of the other reviews. These tires are a bit nosier than the Duratracs. Overall, I am very pleased with these tires! I have had BF Goodrich all terrain tires on previously owned 4X4's and they have always performed very well. I look forward to many adventures with these tires!!

I was excited to switch out my Geolanders on my 2017 Ford Raptor for a new set of K03s. 37x12.5x20s. Look great, much quieter but horrible vibration above 60 miles per hour. Had all 4 rebalanced 3 times at three independent tire shops with no improvement. 2k spent and pulling my hair out trying to figure out what to do. Be careful when you buy these, I wouldn't accept completion of installation until you've tested on the highway.
