Im was very pleased with the Oxtails from Sams Club. They were trimmed very well , the various size were good and they were very meaty.

I'm giving these oxtails 4 stars because of how much fat I had to take off. I like a little fat but this was excessive. Overall the meat was great. My family enjoyed it and it was a lot of meat forthe price.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this product. After trimming fat there was barely any meat left. Now I have to go spend even more money at the butcher shop to get quality meat. Do better Sam's

both times purchased and cooked were unsatisfactory despite following instructions....in the past when they were tough after pre-baking and several hours cooking, i would cook on low extra time, but these remained tough.
