Coffe cups are the worst

There has not been one time where I used this coffee cup in the morning and didn't do one of the following : Leak, spill, the top pops open, the lid doesn't fit properly.. I'll never buy these again

Lids

I've been using the Dixie cups and lids for years and they've been great. In the last few months every lid cracks within 10 minutes and coffee spills every where. Are you making your lids cheaper these days? If so, I'll have to buy elsewhere!

I just bought a 92 pack of 20oz cups because I still had a couple hundred @0 oz tops from the minimum 1000 tops that came in the pack. The 20 oz cup sizes have changed and now the tops are too large

Cups had holes

We bought these and they had tiny holes at the bottom where it "seams". Thought it was just a bad batch but the second purchase had a similar problem. These are great cups but the quality control for our last two purchases was lacking.

NO Lids?!

The cups are probably nice but why would I or most people who use such hot cups buy them without lids included? Maybe it works for people who do not need or use lids. Perhaps they have extra ones leftover from a previous package. It would not make sense to me, to buy cups separately from the lids.

"Various Sizes" means 8 oz. Be Aware!

I went into my reorder list to simply reorder the 12 oz cups I've always had in the past, well it prompt me without my knowledge to a "various sizes" option which meant 8oz cups. Please pay attention to this when ordering for I would hate for anyone else to receive a small 8oz cup when you are expecting your re-order size to arrive.

Not like they used to be

I just finished the cups from my last purchases The base of the cups are thinner now. Even with the pressure of putting the lid on you can sense a bit of give in the lower 1- 1-half section of the cup. I used to refill one cup all say long. Now if there is liquid in the cup...it begins to seep through after a while. I realize sales must be made but sadly, I've forgone buying more. [I bought them various sizes and the lids that are sold separately) and shared with friends and family. I'm using washable travel mugs and athletic /activity cups these days. I look forward to buying more cups when they're as reliable as they used to be. I miss sharing them ( especially since I have so many lids to use).

NO LIDS

So when did they not include lids with these cups? I usually purchased in large quantities and need more, THERE ARE NO LIDS? Using these in our business makes no sense for people to walk about with coffee that wont hold the heat or spill. Very disapointed in the product. Why cheapen up now?

All of the sudden leaky...

I have been buying these cups for years for my home and office and have been very happy with my past purchases. About 2 weeks ago I noticed the new bag of cups were leaking where the seal meets on the side and towards the bottom of the cup. I thought it was just a bad batch as I have never had this issue before. Went to a different sams and bought new ones. SAME ISSUE. Yesterday the entire bottom of a 16oz cup of hot coffee broke open and spilled all over myself and my car. The cup was just poured 10 minutes before so there was no reason for the integrity of the bottom to weakened. A friend out of state and she said the same thing happen to her cups made by Dixie (but purchased at another store). Very disappointed as these have been great cups for years and a nice environmentally friendly alternative to styrofoam. Hopefully the company will look into the issue and fix the problem. I now have 1000 lids and no cups. Sadly, I will not be purchasing again and will need to find an alternative. Hopefully sams will start to carry another comparable hot disposable cup available in this quantity as it is one of the main reasons for return visits to purchase office/break-room supplies.

I've been buying these cups for years now and they've been great but now I notice they are leaking. I'm not happy about that at all and would hate to have to change cups. I see if this batch that I've received yesterday does the same thing. If so, then I know that I'm change to a different brand.... :(
