The flowers and message on the cake looked so pretty! And the cake was delicious!! So much cake for a really great price!! So easy to order on line and when I called to confirm it all, the person in the bakery was super kind to talk to.

The cake was moist and had a good taste- it was not level and had a lot of icing in between the layers to compensate for the layers not being even, which caused it to be too sweet with the excess icing.

Apparently there was a mix up in the app in ordering…walked in and I was so disappointed… a white cake ..no decorations..nothing..they tried to put a little something on the cake…..just a total disappointment

Cake was very dry as if it had been frozen for a while. I previously bought cake more frequently when it was on display and available in the store. Now it's more trouble than it's worth having to order online.

The cake was freshly made and customized for my mother’s birthday. It was beautifully decorated and one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

This cake was ordered to suit a small birthday gathering for adults. It is more than enough for a classroom celebrating. We all were impressed with the size and the taste. This 10in cake will definitely work. Very happy with it.

Sorry, I did not like it. The cake was prepared exactly as I had requested. The icing was good. But I do not like the cake recipe. It was a shame b/c it would have been a great value. The white cake looked beautiful. The staff was very nice.

I requested the buttercream icing but it didn't taste like that's what I got. The cake was very good. We get all of our celebration cakes from Sams. Just disappointed this time
