Not as good as the previous buttercream birthday cakes that used to be available in club. It’s too bad that Sams has gone to custom order only for birthday cakes.

Bought for a daughter’s 26th bday celebration , she didn’t want anything fancy … so being able to get a quality cake that allowed me to put my special touch meant everything .?

I bought a plain cake was able to choose the cake type and topping. I had the stuff to decorate it just not the time to make the cake. Came out beautiful. If you’re crunched on time I definitely recommend theses cakes.

Placed an order online for this cake. I must admit I was a little nervous but at pick up I was more than pleasantly surprised at the outcome. The cake was beautiful and as usual, the flavor was perfect!

I wish they had filling options other than that cake was moist and fresh but too much icing as a filling . I would’ve loved a strawberry jelly or banana mousse .

I ordered a decorated birthday cake for my two cousins, for a birthday party at my home. The decorations on the cake were absolutely beautiful. The cake was delicious. The price was so wonderful. I highly recommend..

I came into the club around 7:00pm to order a birthday cake for my son. Thinking I had to fill out a form and drop it in the order box. I was surprised to see that the new protocol for ordering a cake is, you have to scan the QR code and fill everything out online. The Link to order your cake was extremely confusing. With the help of a manager and also an employee from the bakery department, it took four times of trying to fill it out to finally get it somewhat correct. I called the next morning to make sure they received the order and they did. The following day I picked my cake up. it was beautiful with an edible image. when I got home as we were celebrating my son‘s birthday the cake was supposed to be chocolate and it was white. Very disappointing!

My daughter picked out her birthday cake. We were in store and told the bakery worker, who advised us to order online. I told her the image we want is in the book not online. She then says order cake online and give me the image #. We picked her cake up and it was totally wrong. It had an image we hadn’t even seen in the book or online. The frosting was completely white, we ordered teal. The border was wrong and it had the wrong icing. Mixing in store order and online together did NOT work. My daughter was disappointed on her birthday but she ate it because it’s still cake lol they told me to get refund online but online said get refund in store, never received a refund.
