The cake looked great, but after sitting in the fridge for a day then getting out, the writing started to melt down the sides and looked like a candle burning down the sides 🤦🏼‍♀️

Horrible experience, there is no quality control. Cake was horribly decorated, bery sloppy. They attempted to fix and failed. And...we had purple icing and it taste horribly. Light colored icing taste regular.

This cake was really good! For the price you cannot beat this. It weighs about 15 pounds. The buttercream is fantastic and the chocolate cake was moist.

I loved the cake but it would be great if the would be possible to have fruit filling not only cream. Overall cake was tasty. Online ordering is great feature.

The cake was moist and had a good taste- it was not level and had a lot of icing in between the layers to compensate for the layers not being even, which caused it to be too sweet with the excess icing.

Sorry, I did not like it. The cake was prepared exactly as I had requested. The icing was good. But I do not like the cake recipe. It was a shame b/c it would have been a great value. The white cake looked beautiful. The staff was very nice.

Apparently there was a mix up in the app in ordering…walked in and I was so disappointed… a white cake ..no decorations..nothing..they tried to put a little something on the cake…..just a total disappointment

Cake was delicious but ordered chocolate cake w chocolate icing on website… but showed white icing on order! Don’t understand how that happened! Disappointing but still delicious!

I requested the buttercream icing but it didn't taste like that's what I got. The cake was very good. We get all of our celebration cakes from Sams. Just disappointed this time

The cake was freshly made and customized for my mother’s birthday. It was beautifully decorated and one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
