I ordered a custom cake "Blooming flowers". This is a new design Sam's is offering. Unfortunately the flowers on one side were completely ruined. It looked like the cake was shoved in a tight plastic container not compatible with the size of the cake. I am sure they have bigger containers. What's the point of the pretty flower design if they don't put it on an apropiate box? This cake is very cute but please put it in the right size container.

I have loved the chocolate cake with white buttercream frosting for years. Always a beautiful and tasty cake, until the last 2 purchased. Both were cracked in the middle and the second one had the writing in WHITE on a white cake. I requested green icing for Merry Christmas!!!!!

It was unfortunate because it was too sweet! No one was able to eat it since it was severely too sweet!

The writing on the cake was horrible. The name didn't fit in where they wrote it so they crammed it into the outer frosting.

This cake not only was beautiful in its presentation but it was delicious. I got the white cake with white butter cream frosting.
