The ladies in the bakery went out of their way to be accommodating. We've bought 3 cakes over the past months and the cake were great. But the ladies were just GREAT!

Cake was beautiful and delicious but I found it difficult to describe how I wanted the wording spaced and had a VERY difficult time calling the store Bakery. Once reached (4 trys) however, it was perfect.

Horrible experience, there is no quality control. Cake was horribly decorated, bery sloppy. They attempted to fix and failed. And...we had purple icing and it taste horribly. Light colored icing taste regular.

Message was spelled incorrectly and the font I chose was not what I received. I clearly typed what I wanted and how but received the complete opposite.

Cake was given to me in a tiered cake box which I had no room in my fridge for. I asked for the correct box but associate said “we must not have any or they wouldn’t have put it in the wrong box”

This cake was really good! For the price you cannot beat this. It weighs about 15 pounds. The buttercream is fantastic and the chocolate cake was moist.

The cake was excellent. It was nice and fresh and of course the icing was delicious. You had a power outage that day and still had people that were able to find the cake and get it for us.

Cake was tasty and was a hit… BUT…The app was very difficult to use and confusing. The writing on the cake did not match the requested text. Billed twice for same cake.

the cake was great! cute enough and so affordable. my only complaint is that the writing was not centered or in the best penmanship, but that was ok at the end of the day!

Everyone loved the Cake; better than any others we have purchased in the past from other sources. Easy to order and pickup. Will be ordering from Sam's again.
