At first I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t just place my order with an actual person but it turned out to be quite easy placing the order through my phone overall I’m at a 8 satisfied

Message was spelled incorrectly and the font I chose was not what I received. I clearly typed what I wanted and how but received the complete opposite.

The cake was delicious! The club did not have the graduation decorations that we ordered. No apology- no discount- no notice that we would not get what we ordered. We were told they were out and that was that.

Apparently there was a mix up in the app in ordering…walked in and I was so disappointed… a white cake ..no decorations..nothing..they tried to put a little something on the cake…..just a total disappointment

I ordered this plain white frosted so I could add my own cake topper. It was a beautiful white, smooth frosting and the white cake was very moist and delicious. I will definitely be ordering again for future events!

Cake was beautiful and delicious but I found it difficult to describe how I wanted the wording spaced and had a VERY difficult time calling the store Bakery. Once reached (4 trys) however, it was perfect.

The ladies in the bakery went out of their way to be accommodating. We've bought 3 cakes over the past months and the cake were great. But the ladies were just GREAT!

The cake was beautiful. The buttercream icing was delicious not to sweet great flavor the cake its self was soft moist and scrumptious. The roses on the cake were beautifully done. Highly recommend you get your next cake at Sams in pueblo co.

The cake was excellent. It was nice and fresh and of course the icing was delicious. You had a power outage that day and still had people that were able to find the cake and get it for us.

Cake was tasty and was a hit… BUT…The app was very difficult to use and confusing. The writing on the cake did not match the requested text. Billed twice for same cake.
