The writing was not centered whatsoever & piping was not the way I requested it to be. It was supposed to be shells and I was given wonky balls. This cake was supposed to be for a surprise dinner & I had to redecorate the whole cake as soon as I got home because I was so embarrassed at the way it looked.

Ordered the chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream for a birthday celebration. The cake was awesome! Frosting was a bit sweet (there's a lot of it), but the cake itself was so moist and delicious! Decorations were so festive - sprinkles, balloon decoration out of frosting, and reusable cake topper words like "HOORAY" "PARTY" and "YAY!" Would definitely recommend this chocolate cake - it did not disappoint!! Such a great deal, too! Will probably be ordering all of our celebration cakes from Sam's Club!

I ordered a custom cake "Blooming flowers". This is a new design Sam's is offering. Unfortunately the flowers on one side were completely ruined. It looked like the cake was shoved in a tight plastic container not compatible with the size of the cake. I am sure they have bigger containers. What's the point of the pretty flower design if they don't put it on an apropiate box? This cake is very cute but please put it in the right size container.

My children bought me the cake for my 75th birthday dinner and I was overwhelmed at the beauty and taste 🎂was just perfect. I really enjoyed it. We all did. I would recommend the cake to anyone. It was well worth the money and the beautiful decoration,my son put my picture on TikTok and I got so many reviews. Thank you so much Sams Club and to my family for getting it from you. Margaret 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I have loved the chocolate cake with white buttercream frosting for years. Always a beautiful and tasty cake, until the last 2 purchased. Both were cracked in the middle and the second one had the writing in WHITE on a white cake. I requested green icing for Merry Christmas!!!!!

Cake was fresh and delicious.

Taste, taste is the most important thing and this was beautiful and Tastey!!!

It was beautiful! The colors were gorgeous! Try coral for the fall!

Not happy that I have to order my cake online. I have been using other bakeries because of that.

I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream frosting. It was delicious!
