My daughter picked out her birthday cake. We were in store and told the bakery worker, who advised us to order online. I told her the image we want is in the book not online. She then says order cake online and give me the image #. We picked her cake up and it was totally wrong. It had an image we hadn’t even seen in the book or online. The frosting was completely white, we ordered teal. The border was wrong and it had the wrong icing. Mixing in store order and online together did NOT work. My daughter was disappointed on her birthday but she ate it because it’s still cake lol they told me to get refund online but online said get refund in store, never received a refund.

I came into the club around 7:00pm to order a birthday cake for my son. Thinking I had to fill out a form and drop it in the order box. I was surprised to see that the new protocol for ordering a cake is, you have to scan the QR code and fill everything out online. The Link to order your cake was extremely confusing. With the help of a manager and also an employee from the bakery department, it took four times of trying to fill it out to finally get it somewhat correct. I called the next morning to make sure they received the order and they did. The following day I picked my cake up. it was beautiful with an edible image. when I got home as we were celebrating my son‘s birthday the cake was supposed to be chocolate and it was white. Very disappointing!

The cake itself was wonderful, however I ordered on line because no one answered the phone. In ordering online it was not very descriptive. The color was fine but sprinkles were added to the side of the cake. A LOT of sprinkles. I do not recall reading that on line. Very disappointed. No one likes this many sprinkles!

The cake was decorated just as ordered, but the uneven application of icing wasn’t nice and smooth. Unfortunately within a few hours the icing started to crack. This same thing happened with another cake I purchased at Sams. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it ruins the presentation of the cake for the occasion. The good thing was the cake itself was delicious and so well priced. I tried to add a photo of the cake but could not do so.

Cake was put in a clear plastic container vs last purchase , cake was in a convenient open and close box, cake was pretty with decoration but split in half Later. Will purchase again , but will ask for cake to be put in box. And of course let them know cake did come apart in middle.

The cake was delicious. It comes in the choice of chocolate or white cake. I chose the white cake. There were options of cake decorations. I had the choice of templates of several different designs. I could pick my colors. I could also choose colors and designs. The cake was beautiful and good tasting.

Cake was very delicious. However, disappoint about the options for decorating. Colors for flower decoration were limited to just 4 options and neither of what we were looking for but we ordered it anyway because we had no choice. If there is a next time, we will check to see if there are better color options for decorations.

The simple single layer white round cake at Sam's Club is the BOMB! Not only does it taste very good and serves more than you would think, but it's also an excellent blank base to decorate for ANY occasion. The frosting is delicious. Highly Recommend.

Cake was moist and frosting delicious. It was decorated exactly like had asked it to be. My only thing I DIDNT like was that Sam’s now requires you to order online & you no longer can fill out a request page in the store; no personal contact with preparers ahead!

The cake was decorated very nicely. My only drawback was that it is listed as a 10" cake, but in reality is closer to 12", and did not fit on my cake plate...had to run out and buy a bigger one. These cakes are super delicious and would highly recommend, just be aware of the sizing.
