Cake was delicious and decoration was amazing. I’m not a fan of online ordering because I wasn’t allowed to pick time needing the cake and too many screens.

There is no customer service with this online ordering bring back ordering in store with employees i gave a one start review not for the cake the cakes are great this online ordering suck bring back the employees

I wish they had filling options other than that cake was moist and fresh but too much icing as a filling . I would’ve loved a strawberry jelly or banana mousse .

Sam's you have really let us down in the cake area. Customer service is now horrible. Online ordering, cakes has really made me rethink sams club. Whom ever made the decision to do this online ordering of cakes really failed you.

I bought a plain cake was able to choose the cake type and topping. I had the stuff to decorate it just not the time to make the cake. Came out beautiful. If you’re crunched on time I definitely recommend theses cakes.

Good cake but website to decorate needs vast improvements. Difficult to see completed cake and you must continuously restart app /order because you can never see finished product. Then you wind up with2-3 cakes in your cart. Not easy to finish.

The cake was delicious. It comes in the choice of chocolate or white cake. I chose the white cake. There were options of cake decorations. I had the choice of templates of several different designs. I could pick my colors. I could also choose colors and designs. The cake was beautiful and good tasting.

Cake was very delicious. However, disappoint about the options for decorating. Colors for flower decoration were limited to just 4 options and neither of what we were looking for but we ordered it anyway because we had no choice. If there is a next time, we will check to see if there are better color options for decorations.

The simple single layer white round cake at Sam's Club is the BOMB! Not only does it taste very good and serves more than you would think, but it's also an excellent blank base to decorate for ANY occasion. The frosting is delicious. Highly Recommend.
