would have been a great cake if the staff followed the notes and spelling. picked up my daughter's cake, rushed home only to realize they ignored the correct spelling of her name on the notes and spelled her name incorrectly. so frustrating

The overall cake is great BUT, it's January and without my permission, they wrote on Happy Valentines Day in a dirty brown color and messed that up too! Not happy! I did not want any writing and ended up with this.

Placed an order online for this cake. I must admit I was a little nervous but at pick up I was more than pleasantly surprised at the outcome. The cake was beautiful and as usual, the flavor was perfect!

The cakes always taste good but I HATE the new online ordering system. It limits creativity and does not allow free choices of colors, etc. For this last cake, I had to choose between 3 pre-set color choices.

Ordered a birthday cake with sprinkles. The sprinkles included these white round balls that are rock hard and not edible. They're so hard that I broke a tooth on it. Never again

The cake was exactly how I ordered it. It looked great! It was fresh tasting and moist. The buttercream frosting wasn't overly sweet or gritty. I am happy with my order and will order again in the future.
