would have been a great cake if the staff followed the notes and spelling. picked up my daughter's cake, rushed home only to realize they ignored the correct spelling of her name on the notes and spelled her name incorrectly. so frustrating

Chocolate buttercream icing was delicious! Cake was made exactly as ordered. Can't beat the quality and the price! Great looking birthday cake %26 even better tasting….A

Cake taste good, moist, frosting was good, not just sweet but had good flavor. Was used in a wedding, good size and uniformity, we added decorative flowers and a marriage script sign that stuck in the cake and it looked great, like something that came out of a specialty bakery.

Pleas advise customers that the “confetti” decorations on the side of the cake contains mini JAW BREAKERS! Everyone who had a piece of cake cringed in pain because they bit down on a rock that they not I was expecting to be there! Nowhere in the description did it mention this! I had to scrape off the frosting in order to eat it. Very disappointed. However the cake itself never disappoints! It’s always delicious

The cake was the best cake I've ever ordered from any bakery. It was beautifully decorated and much bigger than expected. It was also the best chocolate cake we've ever ordered. Everyone at the party commented on the looks, taste and size of the cake.

The cake was delicious but it wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s 11th birthday and the day of pick up it was just green writing and no design. The bakery said they weren’t able to use my design but I called prior to putting my order in and they said I could bring the photo in. I asked why didn’t someone call me and the employee said someone should have. I checked my phone and no missed calls nor voicemails. I informed them I would have cancelled the cake. I already paid for it online and it was the day of her birthday so I had no choice but to take her cake. I had to improvise myself to try to create somewhat the cake she wanted with printed photos and cake pop sticks. I was extremely disappointed but thank goodness my daughter was super understanding when I explained the situation.

Meeka in the bakery is awesome. She was very helpful in securing a cake that I wanted to customize for a birthday. She went above and beyond with some helpful hints given her cake decorating expertise. Miss the old Sam's bakery though that had more options. The store clearly has talented artist in the bakery like Meeka. The cake is always delicious and such a value.

My daughter picked out her birthday cake. We were in store and told the bakery worker, who advised us to order online. I told her the image we want is in the book not online. She then says order cake online and give me the image #. We picked her cake up and it was totally wrong. It had an image we hadn’t even seen in the book or online. The frosting was completely white, we ordered teal. The border was wrong and it had the wrong icing. Mixing in store order and online together did NOT work. My daughter was disappointed on her birthday but she ate it because it’s still cake lol they told me to get refund online but online said get refund in store, never received a refund.

Cake was put in a clear plastic container vs last purchase , cake was in a convenient open and close box, cake was pretty with decoration but split in half Later. Will purchase again , but will ask for cake to be put in box. And of course let them know cake did come apart in middle.

The cake was decorated very nicely. My only drawback was that it is listed as a 10" cake, but in reality is closer to 12", and did not fit on my cake plate...had to run out and buy a bigger one. These cakes are super delicious and would highly recommend, just be aware of the sizing.
