I bought a plain cake was able to choose the cake type and topping. I had the stuff to decorate it just not the time to make the cake. Came out beautiful. If you’re crunched on time I definitely recommend theses cakes.

Im a die hard Sam's cake fan and have been getting cakes from them for years. The new online ordering system has completly ruined my relationship with them. No flexability. Limited customizations. No human interactions. I think its time to move on

The cake was exactly how I ordered it. It looked great! It was fresh tasting and moist. The buttercream frosting wasn't overly sweet or gritty. I am happy with my order and will order again in the future.

Placed an order online for this cake. I must admit I was a little nervous but at pick up I was more than pleasantly surprised at the outcome. The cake was beautiful and as usual, the flavor was perfect!

I wish they had filling options other than that cake was moist and fresh but too much icing as a filling . I would’ve loved a strawberry jelly or banana mousse .

Sam's you have really let us down in the cake area. Customer service is now horrible. Online ordering, cakes has really made me rethink sams club. Whom ever made the decision to do this online ordering of cakes really failed you.

The cake looked great, but after sitting in the fridge for a day then getting out, the writing started to melt down the sides and looked like a candle burning down the sides 🤦🏼‍♀️

Very unhappy that decoration limitations are in place. Not very professional decorating practices. I’ll be going elsewhere for what used to be my “go-to” cake place.

I used to get my cakes from touched of elegance but now Sam's cakes are amazing. I get their buttercream and whipped cream frosting and I like them both and the cake is so soft and fresh. They decorate nicely as well.
