Good cake but website to decorate needs vast improvements. Difficult to see completed cake and you must continuously restart app /order because you can never see finished product. Then you wind up with2-3 cakes in your cart. Not easy to finish.

Bought for a daughter’s 26th bday celebration , she didn’t want anything fancy … so being able to get a quality cake that allowed me to put my special touch meant everything .?

Best cake ever & not one person declined a piece! Guests asked where I purchased it & said it was delicious! Will get again. Also, bakery gal so nice!

I ordered a decorated birthday cake for my two cousins, for a birthday party at my home. The decorations on the cake were absolutely beautiful. The cake was delicious. The price was so wonderful. I highly recommend..

I customized my cake and it was not what I ordered this is the first time I have had a problem I have ordered several cakes and I was very unhappy about this

The cakes always taste good but I HATE the new online ordering system. It limits creativity and does not allow free choices of colors, etc. For this last cake, I had to choose between 3 pre-set color choices.

Great value! The amount of cake you receive and the taste is more than what you would expect. Ordered this cake for my mother in law’s birthday and she loved it!

The cake was delicious! Everyone asked where I got it from. This was my first time placing an order online and it all went as planned. It was ready about an hour before the time stated.

Sam's Bakery is always my go-to for all our celebrations! Delicious cakes & cupcakes with buttercream OR whipped cream cakes. They have a large catalog of designed cakes, or they can do customized. We've never been disappointed!

Very DISAPOINTING!! This cake was so dry and sponge like, have never had cake like this from Sams. We threw out the remaining cake after trying one piece!! Not good, and frosting was spread so thin, so very little cake to frosting ratio as well!!
