No matter how I cooked these they were tough as shoe leather. Had to make a soup in the pressure cooker to eat them.

I really like the thin sliced steaks; they cook fast and these chuck steaks are tender. I wish the local stores would thin-slice the boneless rib eye steaks like the Sam's Club in Houston.

Very good quality

My first negative review. Top piece of chuck steak looked good and was correctly thinly sliced. Was about the size of one of the steaks in their picture. The pieces underneath were maybe 2 inches wide and were 70% fat. Four pieces barely made the equivalent of one steak.I have bought these before and the meat has never been like this. The pieces in the middle were so thinly sliced it wouldn't take 30 seconds a side to cook. Very disappointed.

Was tough and stringy. Total waste of good hard money. Can't afford to buy inferior product on a budget

This was our first time buying Angus Beef Chuck Steak at Sam's and it was better than expected. Will be buying again.
