Great thinly sliced steak thats ready to pan seared. Perfect portion spice for a person and it's not dry because I like my steak well done. Seared it on a pan with butter a few minutes each side and sprinkle some salt and you're good to go.

Cheaper but not a great quality

No matter how I cooked these they were tough as shoe leather. Had to make a soup in the pressure cooker to eat them.

Great Meat

My first negative review. Top piece of chuck steak looked good and was correctly thinly sliced. Was about the size of one of the steaks in their picture. The pieces underneath were maybe 2 inches wide and were 70% fat. Four pieces barely made the equivalent of one steak.I have bought these before and the meat has never been like this. The pieces in the middle were so thinly sliced it wouldn't take 30 seconds a side to cook. Very disappointed.
