To thin almost falling apart couldn't really tell they were steak's.

Full of flavor perfect for your taco meat, dish or whatever you want to use it for, super tender and delicious.

No matter how I cooked these they were tough as shoe leather. Had to make a soup in the pressure cooker to eat them.

I really like the thin sliced steaks; they cook fast and these chuck steaks are tender. I wish the local stores would thin-slice the boneless rib eye steaks like the Sam's Club in Houston.
