While I like the selection of beef, pork and chicken, some purchases are deceptive. When purchasing beef and pork Ive noticed the better looking cuts are on top of the thinner cuts.

Great value for a quality product.

Taste great, price good for the amount of meat

Great thinly sliced steak thats ready to pan seared. Perfect portion spice for a person and it’s not dry because I like my steak well done. Seared it on a pan with butter a few minutes each side and sprinkle some salt and you’re good to go.

Cheaper but not a great quality

They look really good in the store, but they were dry and tough when cooked at a medium temperature

These steaks were very thin. Almost like paper thin. After cookin it came out almost like beef jerky. P

It's very dependent on location. I've never had these 'thin' steaks actually thin in my Sam's club store in my entire life. It's always the same thickness as the normal thick steaks. I see reviews of it mentioning being very thin, but not the same for my location i go to. The location is South gate and Glendale

The thin cut is way too thin, almost laughingly so. They should just sell this in a thick cut. Unless folks are looking for philly cheese steak level steaks, hard pass.

This is the toughest meat I've ever had. Too much grisle that also caused it to be tough. Won't buy it again.
