I love my Dyson! I can get completely under my bed and switch attachments to do my couch,curtains and everything else. It is extremely powerful. My favorite thing is that my hair (which gets everywhere!) doesn't wrap around the roller. Total life saver!

I have had other Dyson products. Good ,but complicated,quirky ,products. Most of the assembly is intuitive on a level of IKEA. You are on your own to get minor questions answered,unless you jump through many digital gauntlets. I had to forgo the wall mount that was supplied. No where in my townhouse to put it,exactly as required. I have to use the tiny,loose,wall wart adapter end. It would be good if there was a time alert on the battery,which stops regularly,before you actually finish. It does charge back up fairly quickly,but then you don't know how long it will go.And some sort of storage case that held all the attachments would also be welcome.

Love this Dyson V10! This is our 3rd Dyson stick and its the BEST one yet! We had an older model that was 9 years old that finally died. Not sure if it was the battery? This model is so lightweight, powerful and just picks up everything! Would totally recommend this model to anyone!

I have tried several different brands of “stick” vacuums and always go back to Dyson. Having said that, I bought this one when it was on sale and have had it about a month. I have a large Golden Retriever so I need a vacuum that can handle a twice a day workout. So far so good. It's a Dyson and it works as expected. Here is where I have some issues, it's quite a bit heavier than my previous one. Not happy about that. It says the battery lasts an hour. It can, if you keep it on the lowest setting. So, there's that and I have had it run out while still needing it to finish the job. The latch to empty the bin, if you can imagine, works like a slide trombone. I get the concept of trying to push the hair and dirt out and into the trash, but since the hair is so light and thin it does get past the gasket and doesn't completely empty out. It does come with accessories and again, it's a Dyson, in other words, a well-built vacuum. Overpriced? Of course. But it does surpass the Sharks and even the Hoovers I've owned.

Although I bought a restored model I am very happy with it. What I am unhappy about is I chose the wrong. model. The one I chose doesn't allow me to remove the battery. I did not know the difference as I looked on the Dyson website and would like that site to give a little bit more information or easier to see the difference. Thank you.

I have had it for less than a month and so far pleased with the upright vacuum. However the small attachment I tried using to pick up the dust from the baseboard and it did not do a good job, so a little disappointed. This is my 3rd Dyson and I love the ease of emptying the canister, attachments etc. that was the reason for this purchase.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas. At first I was put off by the purchase but I am now so glad he did. We have a lot of hardwood floors and antique rugs. This vacuum can do both with ease. I like the power button for the higher traffic areas and the gentle suction option for the thinner more delicate woven rugs. It also is the greatest for the car! Also a breeze to use on the stairs. The run time so far has been adequate for our needs.

I debated a long time about spending $$$ for a vacuum. So far- about a month in- I'm so glad I did! The cordless feature is so awesome! I used to constantly trip over my old vacuum cord and to be free of the cord is so wonderful! Plus the Dyson seems to clean better than my old vacuum, if the amount of hair and debris in the dust bin is any indication! Other reviewers complained about having to hold the trigger constantly but that hasn't been an issue for me. It is comfortable with the hand placement and not too heavy, even with my arthritic hands.

I really like my new Dyson vacuum, but the battery doesn't last very long! I was a bit surprised and disappointed that it almost doesn't last long enough to do my entire 900 sq. ft house, which is really small-we really only have 3 rugs that I vacuum thoroughly, and the rest is just hardwood.

The vacuum does a great job sucking up pet hair & particles on hardwood floor & rugs. Being new, the battery seems efficient enough to vacuum as long I need to. Like all batteries, how long before it starts to degrade. I have a Tesla & there are methods to measure the battery life. I'm currently not aware of any method for Dyson batteries.
