Loving this vacuum. I have hard floors and two sons with long hair, and although they're not "pets", this vacuum does a great job with picking up their hair. I would give five stars but sometimes it's difficult to disconnect the long tube from the unit to empty the canister, but it could be neuropathy from my chemo treatment and not necessarily the unit. Definitely recommend and it does a great job in my car as well.

I bought my first Dyson the beginning of January. My next-door neighbor has an older Dyson, and she just loves it. I bought the Cyclone V10 Animal ~ it's really great and sucks up the dog hair without any problems. My only complaint is that the dust cup fills up really quickly when I vacuum the carpets throughout our home ~ I wish the dust cup was a bit bigger. It's a dream to use and maneuvers easily both on floors and carpeting. I'm really glad I bought it. It's well worth the price and highly recommend.

The vacuum does a great job sucking up pet hair & particles on hardwood floor & rugs. Being new, the battery seems efficient enough to vacuum as long I need to. Like all batteries, how long before it starts to degrade. I have a Tesla & there are methods to measure the battery life. I'm currently not aware of any method for Dyson batteries.

Recently moved to another country from the US and bought two vacuums locally that were supposedly high quality, great performance….etc…. Needless to say, I decided to take the plunge and pay the ridiculous import fees and taxes in order to purchase a Dyson and I have zero regrets. As always, Dyson Is fantastic. I have several animals leaving hair everywhere in my house and this vacuum does a fantastic job not clogging or losing suction.

We've had the older version about 6 years and it was time to replace. This is really a step up and sucks the dirt and hair big time. Love it.

The V10 works well but does not feel balanced. It is easy to use but is a bit top heavy. Otherwise no issues.

I had mine replaced last month due to factory defect. Your company replaced a new one and its working good.

This senior citizen loves it! Easy to use and light weight with great cleaning power on tile floors and carpets. Have two shepherds that shed a lot besides tracking in dirt and grass but I can do a quick daily cleanup with no effort.

I am very happy with this lightweight vacuum. It is perfect for our LVP flooring and tile. Easy to use and the attachments are easy to change. The suction is adequate for a battery operated system.

I bought this vacuum 2 months ago and the battery life is terrible. It only lets me vacuum 2 small area rugs even after fully charging it before the battery dies.
