We love our V10 the only thing I dont care for is the tank is heavier then our V7 that we have and the V8 that we have had. Seems harder to carry when I want to use the attachments. I also would like you to make batteries more available when the original dies. They dont last the same as the original battery.

I have tried several different brands of “stick” vacuums and always go back to Dyson. Having said that, I bought this one when it was on sale and have had it about a month. I have a large Golden Retriever so I need a vacuum that can handle a twice a day workout. So far so good. It's a Dyson and it works as expected. Here is where I have some issues, it's quite a bit heavier than my previous one. Not happy about that. It says the battery lasts an hour. It can, if you keep it on the lowest setting. So, there's that and I have had it run out while still needing it to finish the job. The latch to empty the bin, if you can imagine, works like a slide trombone. I get the concept of trying to push the hair and dirt out and into the trash, but since the hair is so light and thin it does get past the gasket and doesn't completely empty out. It does come with accessories and again, it's a Dyson, in other words, a well-built vacuum. Overpriced? Of course. But it does surpass the Sharks and even the Hoovers I've owned.

I have had it for less than a month and so far pleased with the upright vacuum. However the small attachment I tried using to pick up the dust from the baseboard and it did not do a good job, so a little disappointed. This is my 3rd Dyson and I love the ease of emptying the canister, attachments etc. that was the reason for this purchase.

I bought this Dyson vacuum cleaner a month ago and I am very happy with it. Its suction is amazing. It removes every bit of dust or hair from my two cats. I enjoy using it and seeing it, cleaning my carpet to the maximum without the hassle of cleaning the brush and removing that collected hair and dust there. The only thing that bothers me is that I have to keep pushing on the button to keep it working.

IF I had carpet I would be giving a solid 5 Stars but I just installed Vynal Flooring and my DYSON did not come with the Hardwood Brush. So I purchased one and still I have to sweep. Vacuum then SWiffer my flooring. The Cordless feature still makes this a lot easier.

After using my Dyson cyclone V10 Animal for about 2 weeks, I can only ask, "why did I wait so long to get one of these?" I have been using a Swiffer vac for years for quick pick ups & it just hasn't been doing a good job and they no longer make them. I absolutely am thrilled with this vacuum! It picks everything up, especially the cat litter, and I love it.

I ask myself, why did I spend so much money on the other stick vacuums? They all were terrible to use, terrible to clean the filter, and heavy. The Dyson is awesome. Easy to use, easy to clean the filter and lite to use. It picks up dog hair that the other vacuums left. I look for things to clean now!

I thought about purchasing this Dyson for years. A couple of family members own it, and love it. Frankly, I did not want to spend the money. I have a Dyson canister that I do not use much any longer. I have physical issues and it seems very heavy for me to use. I absolutely love this Dyson! I wish I bought it long time ago. It is lightweight, but cleans beautifully. I don't have to drag a heavy vacuum around. I'm vacuuming a lot more often than I used to because it is so convenient and very handy. The charge holds for several quick vacuums.

We bought this model to supplement our Animal Stick. Best decision I have made on a vacuum system. The battery has a appreciably longer life which is great and allows me to clean the entire first floor before needing to recharge the unit. Yet, the best features are the new hair-ripping head and the "elbow". The new head's articulation is far improved. Plus, with the elbow, I can easily reach all the way under the beds and the oven, the most difficult places to vacuum, without getting on my knees, etc. Well worth the money.

My old one: Pro, compact than this (lighter, easier to maneuve, on & off button by one touch), Con, had to take tangled hairs out from brush everytime I use vacuum This one: Pro, cut all hairs (my long hair & our dog's) , Con, larger (heavier), had to keep pushing the botton entire time when vacuum.
