It cleans very well, it just didn't let go of the dirt! I had to return it and go for something else.

Had to return dyson to store for replacement. And wait for another I HAD to order online because they would not honor sale price in store I received the dyson, put it together and it WOULD NOT TURN OFF until battery died ???

I am not new to Dyson products. I started off with a cannister vacuum, and then I bought the first original stick cordless vacuum. This vacuum the V 10 is phenomenal. It has three power speeds I currently just use the first speed it has amazing suction. I bought this to have for a quick cleanup's and I have my big cannister vacuum To clean the house. I've had my new V 10 for about three weeks now and that's all I use to clean my two-story house it is amazing.

5 starts is not enough..I love my V10..it is so powerful, easy to clean, easy to use and no more power cables..I just couldn't believe the amount of dust and pet hair my V10 was able to remove..I have 3 cats and vaccum daily, the task feels like therapy time..lol...I found my happy hour finally....Thank you so much... never going back to another brand.

Our older unit died and from customer support it wasn't the battery. Either way, this new one was a great deal. Already had all the other attachments; just needed a new unit. Much better design than the V7 in some regards. :-) Happy to be able to use a Dyson again.

I've only had it a couple weeks but I'm in love! So much easier to use than my plug-in Dyson. Although when you use the more powerful suction option the battery doesn't last very long. My house is small so I'm able to complete the vacuuming without battery dying.

The vacuum is excellent and great for my apartment, unfortunately I was disappointed when I opened the box and realized it was not new. The charging cord was just kind of placed in the box, not wrapped up. And some of the attachments were unwrapped

We bought this three weeks ago and are extremely happy with it ability to clean all our floors sans carpet! Easy to handle and happy to have no electrical cord following us around our new house. I actually showed a neighbour and she went out right away and purchased one. Very happy!

I've been wanting a Dyson Stick Vacuum for a long time, so I am glad that I splurged. It's very easy to use and very reliable. The support and information emails from Dyson Canada have also been greatly appreciated. I've only had it for a month, but so far so good. Worth the wait and the money!
