The connection between the vacuum and the rod for floor application doesn't snap into place properly. Seems to be a manufacturing tolerance issue. Otherwise, everything works great and as expected from Dyson.

I really like the convenience of the cordless vacuum as I have to vacuum multiple times a day with a dog that loves to chew her toys up and leave a mess. The only thing I could complain about is the battery length, doesn't last all that long.

We talked about buying a Dyson for a long time and we finally bought one. We are so pleased with our purchase. We love how easy it is to empty and the no hair tangle roller. It has a lot of suction, great on our rugs that have pet hair on them.

Love this vacuum. It is so easy to maneuver and sucks up the dirt. Having two cats and hardwood floors, this is a God send. Why did I wait so long to get it.

Why, why, why did I not buy one sooner? I love my new animal Dyson. It's a breeze to vacuum now and picks up everything… love it, get one. Do not hesitate.

I'm loving it. so easy to use, we have a Golden Retriever and shedding was an issue. Now it's easy to run the cyclone over the floor and furniture, quick and simple.

Has good suction, but am disappointed in the battery life while using. Can't do the whole house in one round. the container is small and needs emptying often compared to a upright plug in vacuum

I never could open the canister to empty contents. This is my 2nd cyclone v10. I called for help and was told to take it back to where I purchased it. No other help for me.

Haven't had my Dyson very long but so far Love it. It performs well, with appropriate attachments, on stairs, in cars and other hard to get to places. I've had no battery or other issues.

If I could give this ten stars, I would! I am continually amazed at the amount of dirt it collects with such ease. And so easy to empty. It is wonderful!
