My vacuum came with the direct drive motor head and not the torque drive Therefore on hardwood it's not that good wit bigger particles.

i LOVE this vacuum. It replaced our ancient Rainbow. I feel it does the same high quality clean with a fraction of the work.

Living up to high expectations. Our third Dyson vac product over many years. Keep coming back for quality and durability. Getting our money's worth!

My dog is a very hairy beast. Dyson gets the hair better than anything I have tried. It is easy to handle and I love the cordless accessability.

The red gasket on the small crevice tool split in half and rendered that too useless so I'm not at all happy with product quality.

Haven't had my Dyson very long but so far Love it. It performs well, with appropriate attachments, on stairs, in cars and other hard to get to places. I've had no battery or other issues.

The connection between the vacuum and the rod for floor application doesn't snap into place properly. Seems to be a manufacturing tolerance issue. Otherwise, everything works great and as expected from Dyson.

I'm loving it. so easy to use, we have a Golden Retriever and shedding was an issue. Now it's easy to run the cyclone over the floor and furniture, quick and simple.

Immediately after using my 15+ yr old roller ball Dyson which is amazing, this vacuum still filled up with a quick once over. The power and convenience of cordless is amazing!

If I could give this ten stars, I would! I am continually amazed at the amount of dirt it collects with such ease. And so easy to empty. It is wonderful!
