The taste is very strange. Not necessarily hot but strange. I will most likely throw them away.

These are nasty. Taste like they came out if a can back in 1970.

The worst tamales I’ve ever had. Don’t even think it’s meat inside of it. Tastes like a caned tamale. Their competitors are so much better.

I've been trying to find good store-bought tamales for years and have been disappointed. I was afraid these would be bland. They are very spicy and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed them. They froze well and heated well in the microwave. The filling was a good ratio to corn tortillas. I recommend chasing them with ice cold milk. Enjoy.

I lived in San Antonio several years and this is the closest I can find to the real thing.
