Today is supposed to be the day Angi is coming to assemble my TV stand. I haven't heard a word from them, no confirmation and no time of arrival. VERY disappointed.

Bad experience in every way. First guy refused to do, called and they said "We will send someone else and won't charge you", like they were doing something special. Second guy came a week later.

I just received this product and as of now it has not been assembled nor have I been contacted about someone coming out to assemble it. As far as I know there is nobody coming to put this stand together.

The work was done. The work was done successfully, but the entertainment, but the entertainment center was smaller than I expected, but the professional did a great job putting it together and in great timing.

This product is pretty, but it's coming apart, the strip of lights are coming off, the fireplace insert is not properly installed. It's ok for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The person who did the assembly was on time, extremely organized in laying out the project, careful of my belongings, respectful of noise levels for adjacent apartments, and cleaned up after himself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly was a terrible experience with the purchase of a service pro through Angi.com. They kept cancelling my scheduled appointment and I needed this done before *********. The third scheduled date was for *********, but who knows if they would cancel again 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered assembly for my fireplace. When my order arrived (a day early) I had not heard from anybody about what would happen next.so I called.another 3 times and did a live chat. Told me they were sorry they could not refund my money for the assembly. I didn't ask for that so I asked to be clear you could not assemble this for me? They replied saying they were sorry they couldn't give it to me now. I said it's not what I ask for but you WOULDput it back on my card and they assured me they will.

very professional,quick and efficient...

The young man was very prompt. He was clean and very friendly. He got to work as soon as he arrived
