Made room in ny small studio apt. just the right size. With Angi who put it together well was a bonus because of bad reviews, I was afraid to call Angi to have a professional put it together. However, my experience waa for the best! He was great person. I waited a whole month out of fear, but gave in hoping for the best. And it was!

This service never happened. The originally scheduled time was at 11 a.m. the day before the cabinet was scheduled to arrive! I rescheduled to the day it was to arrive and after work. By Kate that afternoon, no one was assigned / had accepted, so I didn’t think it was going to happen, and had to work late. It did get assigned / assigned *an hour* before the scheduled time, but I didn’t find out until that night. AND the “professional” marked the job as complete! Through communicating via chat on Angi, I got it rescheduled, but that took a bit because I had to repeat my work schedule 3 times before they picked a time that worked. Then, that professional never showed up!! I texted and called the %23 provided by Angi, and they didn’t respond or answer. So, I asked for a refund of my $79. They said it would take 5-10 business days - over 2 weeks later, I still don’t have it. I followed up, and they claim to have sent that Walmart, and WM approved, and to wait a couple more weeks! We’ll see if that ever shows up. I will NEVER book Walmart’s “professional assembly service” again.

This is for the INSTALLATION only: The first installer through Angi never showed. As it was the day before Thanksgiving, I was very disappointed (hence the 3 stars0 but Angi made it right the 2nd time around - not only did they refund the original installation fee, but they sent the next installer out for free. For the FIREPLACE: The fireplace meets my expectations. The flame is a little disappointing though - it's not as vivid as in the videos and the flames don't get real high (maybe about 1/2 of the display height). Overall, I am happy with it. It keeps my living room and kitchen very warm and adds a nice night time ambiance.

We bought a TV cabinet and don’t want to put it together ourselves so we hired an assembler from Angie’s. The gentleman who came to do the assembly was prompt, very nice, and fast. It didn’t take him more than 45 minutes and then he cleaned up his mess and left. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and I’ll do this again.

I really think that I did my homework for this item, it's of good quality, and its an awesome heat source, I put it on low heat and an hour or so later it's so hot that I have to turn it off. Also has spectacular lighting. Love it. Also I purchased the assembly through Walmart/Angi and that was also a good decision, the gentleman was very professional and on point timewise and efficient.

This Angi was not successful for us. We paid $79 extra to have a tv stand assembled. Which, we are in our 70's and thought it would come assembled. I learned that wasn't the case so after 2 failed attempts of rescheduling - on THEIR part - we cancelled %26 our son-in-law put it together for us. Angi left a bitter taste in my mouth.

They kept cancelling my scheduled appointment and I needed this done before *********. The third scheduled date was for *********, but who knows if they would cancel again 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

This is one of the best stands for TV I've ever purchased! The ease of taking off the old TV to put on the new TV was so simple and fast! Great price for this stand it moves where you wanted to go and is very economical! Best Buy, I ever had from Walmart!

The providers are vetted and can do the job. The price is excellent. It is not difficult to arrange the first appointment, but it is not real easy either. What they do not tell you is that neither Walmart or the partner company can assign a technician to your appointment. You have to wait for a technician to accept the appointment you have been given for the purchased service. In our case, no one thought it was a priority job so we had 3 scheduled appointments that came and went that were never selected by a technician. As a result we were unable to get the assembly done before needed. The price was well below using one of the partners directly, and calling technicians directly in our experience. We found one service that perhaps would have been cheaper but likely would have had its own issues (experience and timing). In the end we used a handyman we had used before for about $50 bucks more.
