Find someone else to. assemble it for u!!! Avoid!

They never showed up. Rescheduled 3 times and all 3 times they didn't showe up, there excuse was they had a doctor's appointment, couldn't find the house and last but not least that they had a flat tire... Really upset and disappointed by this offer. Don't used it, avoid a headache

They sent me to Angie’s list where I got ripped off and I ended up paying $157 more because the man they sent from Angie’s list called me into paying $157 more because he said he had to leave at 12 o’clock and I had to pay him $35 an hour or he would leave. I am currently dispute in this but they will not answer or reply. Do not hire the service because you’ll end up paying more than you even know you’ll end up paying double now I don’t know what to do and I hope they don’t send this to another elderly ladies house because it is very scary and they will intimidate them. That’s really all I have to say it’s really sad these days when they con people like that.

Francisco Rodriguez did a great job of putting together my tv stand. He was very professional and nice and cleaned up and was gonna get rid of the trash and I told him since it was getting late don’t worry about it. I will take it to the dumpster since I lived at an apartment complex.

I paid $79 to have my tv stand assembled. I never received a text or email to confirm appointment. I call the 877-600-3455 number to be told, I have to call Angi's listing. The number that I was provided 877-600-3450 was not a working number. So now I have to figure out how to get my money back n still find someone to assemble my tv stand. This is the first n last time I will ever use that assemble fee.

Look some where else do not buy this it’s like a Temu item and then when u find out it’s not the same item u picked off website, so u cancel the protection plan to get ur money back instead of returning the headboard, nope they will keep emailing you 2am asking for pictures and a reason for wanting a refund so far 4 emails from they company at 2am almost 3weeks after purchase and their still trying to ask for reason for refund.. because I choose to not want so I should receive my refund rite!!! This service never happened. The originally scheduled time was at 11 a.m. the day before the cabinet was scheduled to arrive! I rescheduled to the day it was to arrive and after work. By Kate that afternoon, no one was assigned / had accepted, so I didn’t think it was going to happen, and had to work late. It did get assigned / assigned *an hour* before the scheduled time, but I didn’t find out until that night. AND the “professional” marked the job as complete! Through communicating via chat on Angi, I got it rescheduled, but that took a bit because I had to repeat my work schedule 3 times before they picked a time that worked. Then, that professional never showed up!! I texted and called the %23 provided by Angi, and they didn’t respond or answer. So, I asked for a refund of my $79. They said it would take 5-10 business days - over 2 weeks later, I still don’t have it. I followed up, and they claim to have sent that Walmart, and WM approved, and to wait a couple more weeks! We’ll see if that ever shows up. I will NEVER book Walmart’s “professional assembly service” again.
