I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I purchased a TV stand and paid an additional fee for installation. While the TV stand was delivered, the installation service I paid for was never provided. I have contacted the seller four separate times to resolve this issue and have received no response. At this point, I have paid for a service that was not delivered and have been unable to get any customer support. The TV stand itself may be fine, but the lack of communication and failure to honor the installation service has been very frustrating. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

I paid $79.00 for this service. The first time the person was to be here at 9:00-10:30 that turned in to no call no show. I called to find out why the person wasn't here, no one knew why they didn't show up. so I was rescheduled for 5pm -6:30 pm the same day. may 4, 2026. no one showed up. I don't understand why they didn't call me and say they were not coming. UGG some of us have other things to do besides wait for no one to show up.

The pro never showed up today and when I called her number, it was no longer in service. I was very frustrated that i waited for 2.5 hours for no reason but Angi said they will reimburse me and still send a pro out next week to do the job. Hopefully it will all go well next week!
