The Angi pros did an Amazing job. If you are purchasing this wall unit and professional assembly don't let Angi tell you 1 pro will get it done in an hour and half. This job took 2 pros and it took 5 hrs. it was put together beautifully and I Love it.

the man did an excellent job , i hope he got the money i paid for him to come out and put it together, it does take skill and patience, He was excellent!!!

I had a great experience with Angi for furniture assembly. The entire process was smooth, and the setup turned out to be much easier than I expected. The professional who came to help was very polite, respectful of my space, and worked efficiently. He did an excellent job putting everything together the finished piece is very sturdy and well-built. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall professionalism. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

I ordered assembly because my husband has cancer and can't help me assemble things. They kept rescheduling my service for a week and then just canceled. Because it was canceled I couldn't even reschedule the assembly and had to do it myself. Terrible customer service!!

Purchased this on 6/28, my first booking with Angi via Walmart was on 7/9. In total 4 pros have been out to my home for this one job. The first pro showed up unannounced 2.5 hours early and I was not home. The second pro could not do the job alone with the 1 hour he was allotted. Angi rescheduled me with 2 different pros who came today and said they cannot complete the job within the 1.5 hours they were allotted. All of the pros that came to my home had jobs booked immediately after mine so working over was not an option for them they said. At this point I have cancelled the service and will have to find someone outside of Angi. I cannot understand why Angi would not recognize the specs of the items and schedule according to what is actually needed. On another note the Angi phone representatives that I spoke with were all polite and did not give me any pushback on rescheduling or getting a refund. I will not book this service again for any item that I purchase.

Do not get the assembly! Walmart hires out of service called Angie's. They canceled twice when it came to assembling it. I went through a nightmare situation to get my $79 refund through Walmart. They could not help me Angie never answers their phone and have difficulty finding people to come and assemble the product. I had very poor communication with Angie. It has been a nightmare. We finally had to contact our own service to come and assemble it. This process took three weeks do not get assembly through Walmart.

I’m having a hard to getting my money back after it was no work done they keep telling me that refund me but I still don’t have my money and they will tell you to call Walmart for it but it was purchased from Walmart I’m going to take both to court if I don’t get my money by end of day this has been going on now for 13 days they are at fault because the First Lady never even canceled the appointment the tv stand got lost during transfer to my house so I’m going to either be given my back by end of day or we going to court and then they will pay more than 84

I told professional installation through the checkout page on Walmart.com. The guy came to my house after it was delivered and put it halfway together and said he ran out of time. I had to finish putting this thing together, which took me another hour and a half because he was halfway through and just left it the way it was.

I paid $79.00 for this service. The first time the person was to be here at 9:00-10:30 that turned in to no call no show. I called to find out why the person wasn't here, no one knew why they didn't show up. so I was rescheduled for 5pm -6:30 pm the same day. may 4, 2026. no one showed up. I don't understand why they didn't call me and say they were not coming. UGG some of us have other things to do besides wait for no one to show up.

The pro never showed up today and when I called her number, it was no longer in service. I was very frustrated that i waited for 2.5 hours for no reason but Angi said they will reimburse me and still send a pro out next week to do the job. Hopefully it will all go well next week!
