I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I purchased a TV stand and paid an additional fee for installation. While the TV stand was delivered, the installation service I paid for was never provided. I have contacted the seller four separate times to resolve this issue and have received no response. At this point, I have paid for a service that was not delivered and have been unable to get any customer support. The TV stand itself may be fine, but the lack of communication and failure to honor the installation service has been very frustrating. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

Had to pay to have it assembled. BUT there is no book with it on how to run the fireplace. I can't figure out how to have the flame run WITHOUT heat. Also, it's really a cheap, fake looking fireplace. But it was a good price.

I just received this product and as of now it has not been assembled nor have I been contacted about someone coming out to assemble it. As far as I know there is nobody coming to put this stand together.

The fireplace is really nice, but I didn't get all of the led lights installed. That's the reason for 4 stars. It wasn't fully installed.

The person sent to assemble was very courteous and very professional. He finished the Job within 20 minutes. I was surprised but Happy.

I love the Entertainment center, but it came with 2 big gashes on the top shelf, right in the front.

The assembly was scheduled on time and the person was so professional and friendly! He was a gem because when I saw all those pieces he had to put together I was shocked! Not one item was left he used every bit of the screws and bolts!! He finished in a little before an hour. Anyone know with all those pieces you have to be skilled and have patience! Thankful for my guy big applause!
