Yes, they were very very professional and they were so pleasant. They were an excellent couple would recommend them again, but can you answer a question for me? I ordered a bed from Wayfair and I paid for the set up. Would it be the same company that set them my fireplace up please let me know if so, because I need to have my bed assemble. Thank you.

The assembly was scheduled on time and the person was so professional and friendly! He was a gem because when I saw all those pieces he had to put together I was shocked! Not one item was left he used every bit of the screws and bolts!! He finished in a little before an hour. Anyone know with all those pieces you have to be skilled and have patience! Thankful for my guy big applause!

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I purchased a TV stand and paid an additional fee for installation. While the TV stand was delivered, the installation service I paid for was never provided. I have contacted the seller four separate times to resolve this issue and have received no response. At this point, I have paid for a service that was not delivered and have been unable to get any customer support. The TV stand itself may be fine, but the lack of communication and failure to honor the installation service has been very frustrating. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

I was Rescheduled 2 Times and was told that THERE WAS NO PROFESSIONAL in my area to perform this service for me even after I called as was ASSURED that someone would be coming out !! When I put in my ZIP CODE I feel like the system should have known that or else what is the point of providing a ZIP CODE !!!

I just received this product and as of now it has not been assembled nor have I been contacted about someone coming out to assemble it. As far as I know there is nobody coming to put this stand together.

I paid for assembly, it is not assembled. No instructions, no remote control and hydraulics mechanism to lift the TV. So unless another box should be arriving, I paid for some useless wood and my screws!

The work was done. The work was done successfully, but the entertainment, but the entertainment center was smaller than I expected, but the professional did a great job putting it together and in great timing.

They Canceled my appointment 2x both 30 mins before the appointment. I was very disappointed, but a good friend assembled my beautiful TV stand for me. I’m currently waiting on a refund.

They were very unreliable. They rescheduled the assembly three times and ultimately cancelled it. I had to rearrange my own appointments multiple times to accommodate their schedule, even though I was the paying customer. I have also been unable to obtain a refund so far. Extremely disappointed with this experience.
