i paid for assembly thru angi s heduled and took day off work. the day of assembly told it needed to be rescheduled to 4 days later which was a sunday. totally unacceptable. i cancelled angi and hired my own worker.

I keep getting the run around from the assembly service. They are suppose to send two people to fullfil l the task, but are always rescheduling because they can't find a second person for the task. I've already had my item for a 8 days and no luck on getting it built from the add on service I paid for.

Beware of Angi’s List for furniture assembly

Angi’s List cancelled on me last minute only after my prompting, as to if someone was coming to assemble my tv stand. They rescheduled 3 days later. Fine. Didn’t get a pro till last minute. I contacted him, %23 was disconnected!!! He was late, sent me a garbled text asking if I was on site and promptly cancelled the appointment w/Angi- he was late, no show, no communication and refused the booking. Angi’s customer Svc is lacking big time. Wanted me to reschedule a 3rd time- NOTHING DOING!! Refund!!! Walmart: beware!! Angi’s List held me up 2 days, no communication until I reached out. No way to do business!! Do better Walmart %26 Angi’s List. Very disappointed.

Horrible . They sent a person to my house to set up my tv stand , they did NOT call me to let me know, they were sending someone out, did not send a email or nothing! Had they done that, I would have told them my tv stand from Walmart had NOT arrived yet! When I called to reschedule the person to come back through Angi they told me I would have to wait 2 more days to have someone else come out when my tv was set to be delivered TONIGHT! this process was horrible,. Went ahead and canceled and awaiting my refund. FYI : how about you guys call the client to ask if the product arrive, because the person comes out to set it up, to avoid this hassle !

Don’t waste your money using this service

They canceled 15 minutes before arrival time TWICE - two different days time taken off from work to be home and BOTH times they canceled 15 minutes before they were set to arrive. It is so frustrating when there is no live persons to speak with and when I requested a refund they told me it could take up to 10 days and since it was purchased through Walmart to contact them if I didn’t see the refund. We will never use this service again due to the lack of professionalism

For a week I was on their schedule for Friday the 27th from 10 AM to 11:30 AM. I work from home Monday to Friday 7 to 4. This was not an issue for me. I could let them in. They could put it together and no big deal. However, they emailed me and asked if if they could come earlier at 9 AM the day they were supposed to come at 10 AM. Because I was working I didn’t receive that email until after 10 AM. Then I was told that they waited for 30 to 40 minutes and there was no answer. I was home all day. Nobody knocked on my door. Nobody called my phone number if they came at 9 AM and waited 30 to 40 minutes that’s their fault I was scheduled at 10 AM. I canceled them to put together my item and ask for a refund because of their unprofessional staff. They offered me 50% which I grudgingly accepted. I will never, and I mean never use them again. They do not do anything good for you and you should find other people or companies to partner with.

They were very unreliable. They rescheduled the assembly three times and ultimately cancelled it. I had to rearrange my own appointments multiple times to accommodate their schedule, even though I was the paying customer. I have also been unable to obtain a refund so far. Extremely disappointed with this experience.
