The young man was quick and courteous. Just a few days before him coming to put the TV stand together my son in-law and I put cubicle shelves together only had one or two pieces leftover. This man handed me a whole bag of leftover parts??? When I asked him about all the glue (not a single drop used) he asked me what I needed that for?? Needless to say I hope I never have to move it.

We paid for an assembly of tv stand. Instead we got delivery but no one showed to assemble. We took time off from work for the appointment, only to get an email from Angi wanting to reschedule. Very poor service. Angi and Walmart = big fail. Now I’ve got try and get my money back.

I ordered a BELLEZE Fireplace TV Stand with Walmart and purchased the assembly with Angi through Walmart. I am so happy that I did and that my experience with the Tech Ola was very positive. The fireplace/tv stand is a wonderful product, very sturdy and a beautiful site. The manual mentioned it would take 2hrs to build between two people. The tech came alone and willing to do the job on his own. It took a little longer but I was not bothered at all because it was a two person job but our tech was patient and kind to complete the job on his own. Our tech was very respectful of us, our home, and the item he put together. We definitely would continue to work with him and with Angi services as it was very convenient to add on the service while shopping online.

Please do not ever order the assembly that costs extra. The very young man that showed up to up the TV Stand together had no idea what he was doing, needed parts got thrown away and he disconnected my TV before he left. Did not realize until the next day the TV was not working.

The walmart online order process and Angie's assembly is horrible. I called three times to Walmart regarding Assembly at Angis and was given two different phone%23s. numbers. I called Angie's three times. All in one week and still my order was not completed. then Angie wanted to refund half my money for their poor service. fortunately the agent gave me full refund. The process between Walmart and Angie's is tedious. I ordered three items at the same time however assembly had three different dates. and I didn't get email notification per item.

whatever you do listen to me angi is the worst company ever to deal with the whole thing was a hassle i felt like i was running in circles with them i paid for 3 pieces of furniture to be assembled and only had one scheduled the one that was scheduled did not even get completed the guy came and assembled 2 out of the 3 piece dresser set because his "drill died" we agreed on 12:30 the next day and he still did not show up so i called and followed up he told me he was busy and that he would let me know when he was coming he never called so i let about 4 hours go by before following up again he told me it would take him about an hour and he would be here to assemble the laster dresser he still did not show up so now i've had to go through all this hassle between walmart and angi when it comes to getting a refund back for all of the assembly services long story short just order the furniture and call someone to install it this ended up being the better deal for me i ended up getting my furniture installed by a local company for less of the price

the first installer never showed and then claimed that the gps took him to the middle of my back yard. the next day a different installer came out and in susceptible or days they remove all trash and he didn't take any of the trash with hom and he left it in the middle of the floor in a messy pile.

You get what you pay for. After paying for professional installing the drawers do not line up from top to bottom the seams of everything are rough and not of good quality the drawers do not completely close and are not soft touch or soft closing the lights are dangling after day one the adhesive for the lights is horrible and it's not very clear that if you don't have a USB to plug them into you have to use the one that comes with the nightstand so there goes your One USB. you will find yourself constantly wiping smudge Prince and fingerprints off the high gloss finish as all it does is attract oils and really the only thing you're paying for is the fact that you have a wireless charger on your nightstand and the different plugs.

Angi Services has cancelled twice and I have yet to receive the service that i have paid for. The first appointment was no call, no show. I rescheduled and about an hour before the appointment time I received a text cancelling the 2nd appointment. My whole day was centered around this. I have a TV stand that has yet been put together. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
