30 minutes before he was scheduled I received an email saying he was coming on the 25th instead. That didn’t work for me. I needed it done at the scheduled day and time. I have surgery next week and would mot be able to be here at that time. I cancelled the work order. I will be expecting a refund soon. Thank you

I ordered a BELLEZE Fireplace TV Stand with Walmart and purchased the assembly with Angi through Walmart. I am so happy that I did and that my experience with the Tech Ola was very positive. The fireplace/tv stand is a wonderful product, very sturdy and a beautiful site. The manual mentioned it would take 2hrs to build between two people. The tech came alone and willing to do the job on his own. It took a little longer but I was not bothered at all because it was a two person job but our tech was patient and kind to complete the job on his own. Our tech was very respectful of us, our home, and the item he put together. We definitely would continue to work with him and with Angi services as it was very convenient to add on the service while shopping online.

The product came damaged. Scratches and dent in top left corner.The professional who tried to put it together didn't assemble the shelves properly so he said he would need to create new holes on the outside just to insert the shelves. Which would shatter the enamel like a cracked mirror. So it's basically useless and looks like I got it from goodwill. I need to get refunded or sent a new one.

will not order furniture from walmart again.Angi was late theyvtold me no one was coming then two hours later 2 strange looking people show up.The item has scratches .So it was bad all around.I willbe doing a review because people need to know before they experience this.

They left out in the rain I have a ramp it could have went other porch at least. The bottom was out I like too have not got it on the porch with it falling out of the bottom I know they were groceries in the portico bout could have at least put on thee ramp

The black guy came to my home for assembly my product and he show his attitude I m not standing behind him I don’t see what he did. I said this is my home I had to right to see what u did. I don’t bother you why u say That? He said if I m standing here he doesn’t assemble my product.

The pro did not show up. So i had to reschedule to a different day. Second date the pro didn't show up for this appointment either. So freaking unprofessional not only were my service not performed there was no type of communication about it from the pro. Worst experience ever. I will not ever get assembly again. Money wasted!!!! Do not recommend to anyone.

they was very unprofessional first of all the pro showed up and didnt even start he said i needed some pieces and after he left i called the company and figured out nothing was missing so had to wait another week to have someone else to complete the job to not have the second pro show up they tired to make me wait even longer when its been 3 weeks and a half i immediately ask for a refund and me and my daughter put it up and we should have done that to begin with cause it turned out really good but i dont recommend this service to anyone

They re-schedule my appointment 2 times prior. Then the guy that supposed to assemble my tv stand call me the same day of my appointment (Nov 14, 2024) saying he was late for my appointment. We agree to do it next morning at 10am(Nov 15, 2024). He texted me at 9ish with the same excuse. He was going to be late. 4 hr laters I decided to text the tech and no reply. Call the numerous time to his phone and every time it send me to the automated voice mall. It’s unacceptable the treatment i received after paying for my tv stand assembly. I lost my money and my time. Wouldn’t recommend it ever!

Nice look. I paid for the installation service with the purchase. The fireplace was defected it comes on sometimes, and other times it doesn't. Pretty colors, but if you buying it for the fireplace to work it's hit or miss, After all of this you don't know until it put together the fireplace has to be plugged in a outlet by it's self for the tv stand to work on at all, no colors or fireplace.
