something has so many moving parts. scares you when you first open the package. my pro from Andrea did a great job, even though some of the pre-drilled Screw holes were not aligned right. he did the best he could which was a great job. he had to improvise in some areas. for instance, the doors would not close are open properly. The amazing adjustments keeping in mind that the material is not the greatest and he didn't want to mess anything up. it's up but my goodness it was challenge just looking at it. made me anxious

Never showed up to assemble the tv stand. I called Angi, Affirm and Walmart numerous times to see where my $82 refund was for service not being completed. All i received was lies. I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND! I would NEVER recommend Angi to anyone. The company lies and steals people's money

He came on time and was very professional. It also helped that he assembled this tv stand before. He was very careful and neat in its assemble. He packed all the garbage up to make it easy for me to throw out the carton. I strongly recommend his assembly and will definitely use Angi again in the future.

Very Unprofessional .The Tech assembled My Moms Tv Stand was very unprofessional Besides the complaints of being "to Hot" to putting the tv stand together on my moms bed(walked by and saw stand on my Moms Bed) he told us that he could not find screws to attatch the middle door to stand..and i did not tell us that he drilled partly through stand and the handle on left door was missing screw. Had to find a screw to fit to hold handle..the middle door has no handle just looks like a peice of wood. i am attatching pic. we are very unsatisfied eith the job done. need a Resolution done ASAP. NOT HAPPY.

My handy man guy was awesome he took his time reviewed all the parts it took well over 2 hours to assemble but the outcome was beautiful also the part that says number 16 which is a cable wire is the wire for the lights in the back of the stand thats in a separate box with the fireplace itself in case someone get confused like we did!!

I bought services from Angi so that they would have someone install this for me. They hired a handyman for me, who came the day after delivery, and installed a TV stand within 1 hr to 1 1/2 hours with no trouble. He was very nice, worked hard, and installed it exactly as asked. Really recommend Angi's service if you don't want to assemble something on your own.

If there is no service technician available in your area, your appointments will keep getting postponed, and you’ll receive new scheduled dates. If you have other commitments, you may end up losing money while waiting for someone who never arrives to fix your item. After rescheduling my service three times, I eventually decided to ask for a refund.

The product came damaged. Scratches and dent in top left corner.The professional who tried to put it together didn't assemble the shelves properly so he said he would need to create new holes on the outside just to insert the shelves. Which would shatter the enamel like a cracked mirror. So it's basically useless and looks like I got it from goodwill. I need to get refunded or sent a new one.

They are the most dishonest distrusted scams of people I've ever heard of. They reschedule my appointment three times to be installed and on the day of they cancel my appointment for no reason they are disgusting and I had to request my money back and still have not got it back stay away from Angie.

Nice look. I paid for the installation service with the purchase. The fireplace was defected it comes on sometimes, and other times it doesn't. Pretty colors, but if you buying it for the fireplace to work it's hit or miss, After all of this you don't know until it put together the fireplace has to be plugged in a outlet by it's self for the tv stand to work on at all, no colors or fireplace.
