Gentleman who came to set up tv stand at 7pm on a Sunday night was EXCELLENT!! Just wish I could REMEMBER his NAME? He had reddish/brown hair big brown eyes drove a big white van. He was courteous easy to talk to. He even to box a trash with him. AWESOME 👏

He was on time and did the installation on the TV stand quickly. Only disappointment was he left a piece of styrofoam in the front glass and it looks like the paint is chipped. Have to take apart to get it out I didn't notice till after he left or would have requested for that to be fixed.

They re-schedule my appointment 2 times prior. Then the guy that supposed to assemble my tv stand call me the same day of my appointment (Nov 14, 2024) saying he was late for my appointment. We agree to do it next morning at 10am(Nov 15, 2024). He texted me at 9ish with the same excuse. He was going to be late. 4 hr laters I decided to text the tech and no reply. Call the numerous time to his phone and every time it send me to the automated voice mall. It’s unacceptable the treatment i received after paying for my tv stand assembly. I lost my money and my time. Wouldn’t recommend it ever!

Nice look. I paid for the installation service with the purchase. The fireplace was defected it comes on sometimes, and other times it doesn't. Pretty colors, but if you buying it for the fireplace to work it's hit or miss, After all of this you don't know until it put together the fireplace has to be plugged in a outlet by it's self for the tv stand to work on at all, no colors or fireplace.

The laborer failed to fulfill their obligations on four separate occasions while already present in my residence, resulting in a significant waste of my time. Furthermore, I was compelled to wait an additional two weeks for the arrival of another individual to assemble my television set.

The black guy came to my home for assembly my product and he show his attitude I m not standing behind him I don’t see what he did. I said this is my home I had to right to see what u did. I don’t bother you why u say That? He said if I m standing here he doesn’t assemble my product.

Will Walmart said that my order would be delivered on the 14th it’s now the 16th and I had the TV assembler to be here. Well the assembler showed up but there still was no TV stand so not only do I lose my money ($79) for the TV assembler now I have to find someone else to assemble the TV stand

We paid for an assembly of tv stand. Instead we got delivery but no one showed to assemble. We took time off from work for the appointment, only to get an email from Angi wanting to reschedule. Very poor service. Angi and Walmart = big fail. Now I’ve got try and get my money back.

I paid 80 bucks for a angie pro to come out to my house through walmart service. when the "pro" got here she had another person with her i guess to help her out, the guy that came with her did all the work and she assisted him by calling out the next steps from the instructions. 85 inch tv stand was the job, they left out screws and important parts, drilled screws in the wrong way and left out the screws that holds up the LED lights and the screws to the doors on the tv stand. the extra parts that were needed that they left out were thrown away in the trash by them. I would not recommend this angie service from walmart at all because they are not professinols at all, I could have saved my money and did the job myself for the service that I recieved.

I bought services from Angi so that they would have someone install this for me. They hired a handyman for me, who came the day after delivery, and installed a TV stand within 1 hr to 1 1/2 hours with no trouble. He was very nice, worked hard, and installed it exactly as asked. Really recommend Angi's service if you don't want to assemble something on your own.
