I received my TV stand package on time, and the delivery was smooth. However, the assembly service that was supposed to come with it never occurred. No one contacted me to schedule or confirm an assembler, which was disappointing and inconvenient. While I appreciate the prompt delivery, the lack of follow-up on the assembly left me frustrated. I hope this can be improved in the future so customers receive the complete service promised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV stand assembly by Angie was great. Will use them again. TV stand is beautiful. It matched well with my living room decor. However it stated on line and on the box that TV stand was 70.9 inches it measured 63 inches.

It’s a horrible experience. They have 2 different jobs and have rescheduled both numerous times. Complete waste of time and money. Worst part is they wait till the last minute to let you know they’ve cancelled and rescheduled. I’m canceling the work and asking for refunds.

The people didn't show up

Very professional and finished in a timely manner, definitely would recommend.

I love the Entertainment center, but it came with 2 big gashes on the top shelf, right in the front.

The installer that was scheduled by Angie was great. He was on time very professional and he put my entertainment center together in a timely matter.

the gentleman that we had was phenomenal and courteous and was very helpful putting this wall unit together.

I am glad I made this purchase and also paying the extra funds to have it assembled was well worth it.
