[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The person who did the assembly was on time, extremely organized in laying out the project, careful of my belongings, respectful of noise levels for adjacent apartments, and cleaned up after himself.

I received my TV stand package on time, and the delivery was smooth. However, the assembly service that was supposed to come with it never occurred. No one contacted me to schedule or confirm an assembler, which was disappointing and inconvenient. While I appreciate the prompt delivery, the lack of follow-up on the assembly left me frustrated. I hope this can be improved in the future so customers receive the complete service promised.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone using this service because you will regret it and even getting back your refund you will be disappointed and ignored by not only Angie’s but also Walmart customer service staff absolute worst customer support ever don’t bother with them

This was the worst experience ever. I was rescheduled without notification 3 times stating there is noone available to cone out. When I called after no tech showed, I found out they had scheduled me another appointment for Nov 29th via email. I was so disappointed because I hoping to have the stand up for Thanksgiving, it didnt happen. I just canceled and requested a refund. Definitely do not recommended Angi for installation at alll.

Because the product has not been assemble, I do not know its sturdiness or value. Walmart used Angi services to provide a pro server to setup the TV stand. After 4 RESCHEDULES, Angi service decided to cancel the TV assembly booking. Therefore, I have to find my own person to help assemble the TV Stand to see its worthiness. If you live in the Fairbanks area, be cautious about using Angi service for setup. Make sure you have your own handyman to contact to assist with all of your assembly/setup products purchased from Walmart.

Nikol, who came through Angi as Walmart’s assembly contractor, did an outstanding job setting up our TV stand. He worked with great confidence and completed the assembly with absolute perfection. He cleaned up the area thoroughly, arranged everything neatly, and placed the TV exactly to our satisfaction. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality and professional service!

This product lives up to the description truly and I am glad for purchasing it. And the assembly guy was excellent it didn't take to long to put it together I would definitely recommend adding assembly to the order when purchasing if need be they are quick and effective and efficient and dependable.

This is for the INSTALLATION only: The first installer through Angi never showed. As it was the day before Thanksgiving, I was very disappointed (hence the 3 stars0 but Angi made it right the 2nd time around - not only did they refund the original installation fee, but they sent the next installer out for free. For the FIREPLACE: The fireplace meets my expectations. The flame is a little disappointing though - it's not as vivid as in the videos and the flames don't get real high (maybe about 1/2 of the display height). Overall, I am happy with it. It keeps my living room and kitchen very warm and adds a nice night time ambiance.
