He was a very nice, professional person. He took his shoes off when he came in. I didn’t have to ask him. He was polite. He did his job within about 1/2 hour. He offered to show us how to open and close the sofa bed but we declined. He packed up the boxes nicely and offered to move them to the garage. I would definitely have him back if we need help again.

angi service man called me late the day of , said he was gonna be 45 min late. He was already 20 min late when he called..i said ill reschedule with angi ,we have things to do besides this couch. he said we can do tomorrow . i said fine 930? He said he is free all day. The fool shows up at 10am, i dont do lateness. he ended up bringing another guy and they both had a smell to them , i cant clear it from the living room

My review is not a reflection of the service; it’s a reflection of the cancellation policy. The shipper delayed my delivery by 24hrs. The service cancellation time is also 24hrs. Because I did not find out my shipment was going to be delayed with Anji’s 24hr cancellation window, I ended up paying for installation services I did not receive. Next time, I won’t purchase installation services with my purchase. I’ll buy it separately from another provider.

The first handy pro was schedule for 12/12 and never showed up but in the app he closed out my booking as if he did and it asked for a review to which I obviously gave a 1 start and had to reach back out about getting rescheduled since you can't do it in the app without having to pay AGAIN. Waited another 3 days for the next available handy man only for him (he was great and helpful with what he could control - ontime, very friendly and explained the manufacturing issue with the couch) to discover a manufacturing error which has yet to been rectified. I was hesitant to purchase from walmart due to their poor reputation but loved the color of this couch. Will NEVER take that chance again. DO NOT do it.

This Angi service is not good its a scam, I paid everything upfront for my service for my grandchildren and mom single parent, they have no furniture new place, I call early today to ask why didn’t come when supposed to, the lady says she doesn’t know why that happened , first they rescheduled one time didn’t come on the schedule day, they rescheduled for next day no one show up no call as to what happening, my daughter and I tried calling the service number for Angi no to talk with still no service, think again before you pay for this extra service. We want to be refunded

scheduled appointment but they didnt come. Took off from work for an application scheduled at 3 pm. Nobody called nor showed up. i called the customer service line but they just rescheduled me and gave me no reason for the no show. Im highly disappointed in this service. i was really looking forward to them coming out.

very efficent and helpful. They arrived before all items were there and upon assembly when the last package arrived they wanted to have the item returned as there was so much damage to the leather couch and wood. My son has no way to return and they recomended walmart order the part and they would fix.

This product is not worth the money. It’s picture is deceiving as it does not show that when unfolded yet are literally laying in the floor. That’s fine for a teen but I’m 68 and struggled to get up. Although I’m still paying on it I ended up giving it to my son as he set it up in my grandsons room.

He was early, which was nice. He did have a hard time finding my house, but he had my phone number so he called me. He had trouble reading the instructions on how to put the couch together. I was trying to help him a little bit, but yeah, but that’s OK, he didn’t take everything out of the packaging but the cushions for the seats he left in the Cush in the plastic bags that was sealed tight and I’m the one that landed up taking it out. I’m the one that picked up the trash that’s no biggie, but it was 50-50 type thing on, he was he was good. He did do it fast but you know this things that I didn’t like. I’ve done things like this before in my life but because of my health reasons, I cannot do it anymore. That’s why I took the took this but outside of that not too bad.

Dad and son were great, friendly, proficient, made me feel comfortable and new what they were doing.. to get sofa in house, unfortunately, they had to remove my door, yes I was wary, but they enthused confidence and put the doors back better than first installed. Con, didn't call b/4 coming, they text to my land line, I don't text and my land line won't/doesn't accept text, but we also worked that out.. great guys!!!
