Once put together it worked great. But you have to break the metal to make it fit correctly and that was difficult. The best way to do it is use two pairs of pliers and hold both sides of the place you want to break it off. Good luck.

They are a good value for the money. However, I had to have my son-in-law come over to break the rail notches so it would fit my file drawers. You need good pliers and a lot of muscle.

The box was trashed, the instructions were self explanatory but stickers from either Walmart or the shipper were covering them. The bars bent so easily when you put them in the drawers and add folders they didn't hold up.

Frame didn't fit drawers, no dimensions of drawers in online listing. This product didn't fit any dimension on my desk drawer and only front-to-back dimension has limited adjustment: but not for my drawers.

The box was missing pieces. I could only make one frame. Walmart did reimburse the cost- but there were not anymore to order... The one that I could make has been working fine.

Used these to upgrade old file cabinets to a hanging file system by inserting these file frames. The frames are sturdy, easily adjusted to the right size and filled the need for the job. I would recommend to anyone.

I was amazed that I could get two hanging file holders for under $7! They were easy to assemble and sturdy. They were listed as adjustable, but still longer than I needed. My husband was able to easily shorten the length and they are perfect.

Packaging is an issue. I received my first order and the package was damaged and it was missing most of the pieces, HOWEVER I messaged the company and they sent me a new one within a day or so! It arrived in perfect condition with all the pieces.

As other have said this is not a "snap of" rail to get the desired length but with cutting them was simple and I was ready to put files on it in 10 minutes.
