The explanation of the product, file cabinet converter, was easy to understand. It was also easy to order the product and the product arrived ahead of the proposed date. I picked it up at the store, no hassle there.

This product IS "adjustable", but it is not easy to do do. However, it needs to be strong to support the weight of all the folders so I appreciated the density and strength of the side rails.

Racks worked with much work to make sure it fit in file drawer. I could not cut the metal strip, as it wasn't scored down enough the strip. Once put together it worked fine to hold the files in my old file cabinet

Smead is as reliable as the day they offer their first office product. They are a name you can trust. Loved picking up at the customer service at the neighborhood market. No lines at Christmas!

Once put together it worked great. But you have to break the metal to make it fit correctly and that was difficult. The best way to do it is use two pairs of pliers and hold both sides of the place you want to break it off. Good luck.

I was amazed that I could get two hanging file holders for under $7! They were easy to assemble and sturdy. They were listed as adjustable, but still longer than I needed. My husband was able to easily shorten the length and they are perfect.

The box was trashed, the instructions were self explanatory but stickers from either Walmart or the shipper were covering them. The bars bent so easily when you put them in the drawers and add folders they didn't hold up.

These were easy to size and assemble. The frames are surprisingly sturdy and hardly noticeable when filled with files. To break the rails at a custom point, simply score with a steel chisel and break it off. No skill sawing required.

They are a good value for the money. However, I had to have my son-in-law come over to break the rail notches so it would fit my file drawers. You need good pliers and a lot of muscle.

Packaging is an issue. I received my first order and the package was damaged and it was missing most of the pieces, HOWEVER I messaged the company and they sent me a new one within a day or so! It arrived in perfect condition with all the pieces.
