Bought this for the grandchildren and they love it! I bought the accessory kit with it and even the toddler likes to try to climb the ladder. It is very safe with the enclosed netting and they are on it for hours at a time.

happy with product. granddaughter loves it. we were looking for strong, quality trampoline at most reasonable price and so far this one seems to meet those standards.

The jump surface has no bounce. Doesn't seem like the springs are tight enough. Spend the extra money and buy one in person. I will never buy a trampoline online again. If you have you are buying for a teen don't waste your money they will hate it.

Not very easy to assemble and the guide was not helpful at all. I am waiting for some muscles to pull the base apart because I was off on the base and did not notice until I was unable to complete the enclosure. Not an easy project!

instructions where lacking. all parts should be labled better. the oval is shaped more like a circle. confusion in where to start springs with matt and base.

our kids (10 and 7) are really enjoying this trampoline. It's made well. It does take two people to set it up and the directions are easy. Takes about an hour.

Bought this for a birthday present. Because of other reviews, we took assembling the product seriously and followed the instructions. It went smoothly. Kids have been on the trampoline ever since!

Seem to be flimsy compared to are old one. The legs are a lot smaller in diameter. We had a 14ft Bounce Pro that was a lot sturdier than this one.it wasn't very easy to put together either because of the shape.

When we got the trampoline, it is bigger than the picture shows. Love the enclosure and the ease of putting it together!! My 11 year old jumps everyday

My kids love it. Our first one was destroyed in a recent tornado and our kids was so sad they thought they would have to wait forever for shipping it was here so fast. Thank you
