The jump surface has no bounce. Doesn't seem like the springs are tight enough. Spend the extra money and buy one in person. I will never buy a trampoline online again. If you have you are buying for a teen don't waste your money they will hate it.

Clear directions. Item put together relatively quickly. Sturdy, great quality. Kids love it. Updated enclosure has zipper instead of velcro. This is our 2nd 17ft trampoline...we are hooked.

Not very easy to assemble and the guide was not helpful at all. I am waiting for some muscles to pull the base apart because I was off on the base and did not notice until I was unable to complete the enclosure. Not an easy project!

It looks decent but is 2 socket so it is useless. It took forever to fedex to deliver the package and now I can't use it. This trampolín ruined my daughter christmas. I will contact sams for refund

Assembly requires two persons. Instructions, especially trying to orient the oval mat with the oval frame (the overall trampoline dimension is 17 ft by 15 ft..

All these other rating are just about how easy it is to put together blah blah blah. This is the worst trampoline to do tricks on, andget hight. You cant get even 4 feet in the air. If your looking for a good trampoline go somewhere else.

Seem to be flimsy compared to are old one. The legs are a lot smaller in diameter. We had a 14ft Bounce Pro that was a lot sturdier than this one.it wasn't very easy to put together either because of the shape.

When we got the trampoline, it is bigger than the picture shows. Love the enclosure and the ease of putting it together!! My 11 year old jumps everyday

Not sure if the product is defective, it sags in the middle and the kids are not able to enjoy it as much, I'm not very pleased with it. the product was assembled correctly, and it was good for about two weeks, now its not as good, in fact its of poor quality. the product was purchased for my daughter

First off, the trampoline was missing parts(for the net). I called Sams club and asked them to ship them to me- they said it would be 72 hrs and someone would call me. 2 weeks later and no one has called me. It was easy to set up, just follow the directions. We were concerned when the kids would bounce their hardest and barely make it off the mat. the mat goes down to the ground really well but wont bounce you up higher than 6-10 inches. I kept hoping it just needed to get broken in but after 2 weeks and still no luck we decided to return it. We are going to try a different brand and hope we have more luck. I think maybe it was the oval shape that made the lack of bounce. I hope their round ones are better.
