I'd give this TV a 10 out of 10 for viewing and quality of the picture. I was pleasantly surprised. Great TV. The only downside for me was the Home Screen and the clumsy pointer with the remote. The Home Screen, while customizable, was too full of unnecessary features and icons, several of which I could not delete. The remote's “mouse-like” feature is a great idea but was a bit difficult to use. Mine seemed to be uncalibrated. Other than that, great picture, great sound.

Our only complaint is that every time we turn on the tv a pop up comes up asking if we want to download more stuff. We NEVER do because then the screen fills up with things to buy like Hulu and tubi, etc. We are lucky to be able to afford the basics and don't want to be asked every freaking day this same question. If we want to watch a movie which is rare for us, then we will handle that ourselves. We don't think this download question should be asked and don't think our screen should be full of countless things to purchase unless we ask for the service. There should be a way to opt out of that annoying and very frustrating question every day even multiple times a day if the tv is turned on more than once a day. When our downstairs tv needs replacing soon we will not consider LG

I've usually replaced TVs every 3 years or so, and I usually buy the newest models and the newest tech. This TV far exceeded my expectations in every single category. Picture is bright, crisp, and vibrant. Colors are vivid. Blacks are probably the second blackest I've ever seen on a TV panel. But I love it regardless. The game mode is amazing. All the smart TV features including the compatibility with Google Assistant is just out of this world. It is a big boi, and very heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've enjoyed the picture quality and features. It took a minute to get used to having a cursor controlled by the remote, but now I love using it. All the added apps give greater flexibility to quickly go beyond basic services of cable.

This has been wall-mounted in my basement. I'm enjoying it so far. The app is especially useful for installing apps on the TV and control. Above all, picture quality is great and I would definitely recommend for the price. Only thing missing so far is the ESPN+ app which appears to not be compatible with WebOS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself was good, but the remote control is ridiculous! there is a mouse pointer that appears on the TV all the time, and is totally annoying, and it cannot be turned off. I returned the TV the next day.

We have owed Vizio's starting out as a family and Samsung's when we became more financially secure. This time we were trying to fill a second home so we went for the ‘quality bargain'. Couldn't be happier! The picture is sharp, the colors are bright and the blacks are crisp. The remote is actually super easy once you get used to it, maybe even easier than all of the others we have used in the past. We liked it so much we bought a second one for the living room. The sound quality is fine ‘as is' and doesn't require a sound bar. The limited HDMI ports may have been a problem in the past but it's not for us with streaming.

I received the LG LG 43 INCH CLASS UQ8000 AUB SERIES LED 4K UHD SMART WEBOS 22 W/ THINQ AI TV as a Christmas gift and I can't be happier with it. It was easy to get started and simple to add the apps of my favorite streaming platforms that weren't already preloaded. Picture is really crisp with a great deal of depth. Sound is good enough to play music on for my small house. The UI could use a better design but it's still easy to navigate through it. Overall, it's a great television for the price!

It was also easy to download my Cable app so I could just stream my regular news channels etc without paying the cable company for certain equipment! Picture is good, especially from directly in front. Viewing from a wide angle loses some color and contrast. My only complaint is the remote “wheel” or center “enter” button. It changes from simple up down side to side, to a toggle or a mouse pointer too easily, without wanting it to change. All in all, very happy with the value.
