I am still getting used to some of the features, how to find what features I am looking for and how to set them up. Disappointed that some of the apps I use are not available on this tv. However, love the picture quality, and addition features offered on this tv (ex: Web, Air Play etc).

Picture is great and sound quality is sufficient. The native interface is severely lacking, and often stutters/freezes. Apps operate at a snails pace when used thru the native interface, and often buffer or freeze all together when used. When Roku is utilized, apps move at a blazing speed and there are zero issues. The sound from the television doesnt work 1/3 times we turn on TV, so we have to unplug to reset. Though still in warranty, and all troubleshooting steps completed, tech support suggested we purchase a hot spot for our television or get better internet, even though this is the only device in our home that had any issues (issues went away once we stopped using native interface, also on 1gb fiber internet).

it has a good picture most of the time it has some definite issues and usability problems. 1. Even though it has most streaming apps it doesn't have the ones I use and it is irritating. 2. It is extremely difficult to cast from a mobile device. 3. Continual pop up ups about stands and so on do not go away when acknowledged. 4. Occasionally tv turns on by itself. Other than those issues it has a good picture.

I bought 50 inch 50UQ8000AUB TV last. Everything is working great except one website on browser. I should have given 5* for overall rating if that website works. WWW.IBOMMA.NET is the website that i'm looking for, every time when i click on a movie it will start playing, but never move forward with content. I think something has to fix on WEBOS.

Picture is very good but the reflection level from the screen was unexpected. I find the sound with volume changes annoying and the unintuitive controls perplexing! For example, the TV displays a broad bar of options when turned on, none of which is just the TV I want. I am searching now on the internet to see how to get past the unwanted time delay for getting a program.

The tv was great if you just want a big tv with 120hz for gaming. Picture quality is amazing while there are colorful images displayed. However there is a phrase you will want to learn when the screen is white or gray "dirty screen effect" as it was extremely bad.

I initially went with a cheap TV (different manufacturer) and realized the picture really sucked compared to the OLED .Soooooo ……..I went and got the OLED 42” and have been very happy with the purchase.

We bought ours around Christmas time and installed it after the New Year and are still learning its ways and features. We just switched over from DRTV to YouTubeTV, have several streaming services and are learning a lot more, and have a real lot to learn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart tv was given to me as a gift last month. It was easy to set up and simple to use. I wish more broadcasting was in 4K. Watching sports in 4K is unbelievable. You can almost smell the grass they are playing on - it's like being on the field with such a clear and perfect picture.
