It is by far the best television my family has owned. I cannot remember, even, seeing a better television than this one. However, using the remote is a challenging, at best. The pointer aspect of the remote is difficult and can be rage inducing. It is so difficult that it diminishes considerably from a tremendous television.

We bought this tv in February right before Super bowl. Have had a lot of adjustments that I never considered. There are only 2 HDMI ports so that's one for the dish box and the other for….the DVR. Because LG doesn't allow either the PBS app or the Hoopla app, it's very frustrating. So to access those shows, we have to unplug the DVR and plug in the Roku. The Whole point of the smart TV WAS TO GET RID OF THE ROKU but we can't be use of the limited apps. If I had known would not have purchased this tv. I've tried using a splitter but it has not worked

It does take some getting used to, I don't know that I love the remote pointer feature, and how easily it is triggered to turn on, but it is okay. I love that I can use my phone as a remote (after downloading the app). The picture is good. Overall, we are happy with it.

The upgrade to the 50" was not a drastic move for me but I have to say that the pointer feature was a bit of a pleasant surprise. It truly helps to cut down on the typing when to voice option cannot be used. The clarity of the added video inches is also amazing.

We have been using our new tv in the bedroom for a couple of weeks now and enjoy the features it provides. Very nice picture without really adjusting anything. When we change channels it tells us what is on which helps when a commercial is on. The remote works well but takes a little getting used to. Our WI-Fi modem is in the living room and we have no connection trouble. Very happy with our purchase!

I bought this TV apps. One month ago. It is an attractive TV with a ver good picture. While I have not used it much, I am pleased with my purchase. My only recommendation would be to provide a center console stand instead of the two leg stands it comes with. I might have purchased a larger TV if this was an option as my TV stand has width restrictions.

I purchased the television in September very happy with the purchase We usually only by Samsung but wanted to try the LG I am overly pleased & happy with this product & will definitely purchase an LG again & will recommend LG to friends & Family. I am a very happy & pleased new customer of LG.

I bought this 86 inch TV a few days before the super bowl for my basement. The picture is fantastic! I can't imagine wanting a better or clearer picture. Sports are smooth, motion is perfect. I went to the other room with our 55 inch TV and it seemed so small! This TV is awesome. Very easy to use OS too, no longer need a kindle fire.

Only thing that does not work perfectly or I do not know how to work is the following: I wear hearing aids and I walk on a treadmill and watch tiv. While on the treadmill I wear ear phones to listen to the tv. If I am watching anything on cable I get the sound from the show that is on. However if I am streaming it does not give me the sound that should come from the streaming show. The TV has the sound but they do not go to the headphones like other sounds do. Also if I play any television show I listen to the sound at 15 but if it is a streaming show I need to turn it up to 80.......... is this normal?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the TV a few weeks ago, set up was very easy. It was also easy to download my Cable app so I could just stream my regular news channels etc without paying the cable company for certain equipment! Picture is good, especially from directly in front. Viewing from a wide angle loses some color and contrast. My only complaint is the remote “wheel” or center “enter” button. It changes from simple up down side to side, to a toggle or a mouse pointer too easily, without wanting it to change. All in all, very happy with the value.
