It's user friendly and has a great picture not to mention an easy to use remote which makes the whole experience altogether superb! This is my first LG product and I am sticking to this brand from now on. I highly recommend to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG TV is everything I expected. Challenge was to set it up and attempt to watch the channels from the local cable supplier. The 800+ channels that appeared were excellent choices, but not any local. Sent a note to LG, received a note back with instructions on how to troubleshoot. Tried them all for several days until I noticed not an instruction, but a comment that the local channels can be controlled with a local cable remote. It worked and I'm a happy customer...........finally.

We bought our television in December. When you turn on the television the APPS appear and you can't get to the television stations without turning it off and back on. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I've read and re read the instructions and this doesn't appear in them. It's a pain in the neck.

This was a X-mas gift to us, a way to watch our shows from the comfort of bed. Screen size was just right for mounting high on the wall and not bumping our heads walking under it. Set up was very nice, signed into most of our streaming services quick and easy. The picture clarity was a little unnerving at first, especially Disney and Paramount+ with auto UHD. Ended up having to give Lynksys some $ for wireless router that could handle the 5G firehose and eliminate the pauses in playback. If we were to complain about anything, it would be the app interface. It's slower and less responsive than AppleTV. It gets the job done and didn't cost extra, but the pauses between button pushing takes some getting used to. However the Wii style remote/pointer is a really nice addition. On my wish-list would be a quick visual or audible alert that the LG washer & drier (bought last fall) was finished and needing attention

Picture is a bit runny and over saturated at times also missing apps had to switch to a fire stick and the TV in general is slow just opening settings takes 10 seconds at times if u are on a budget by all means other wise spend a little more and get an oled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our beautiful TV for Christmas. It was very easy to set up and it has given us lots of enjoyment which is important for us old folks. The color is great and the size is perfect for our den. We actually feel like wealthy people because it has all the features we could possibly want. Santa was very generous to us this year. .

Bougt this after a lot of research. It was perfect...picture is spot on. Views are where they should be and price point is not to be beat. TY for the product and the opportunity to enjoy this TV. LG is not good it is excellent. I suggest this 86" if anyone is in the market

Very good picture, challenging set-up, & endless difficulty making my Airpod Max headset pair with the TV. Good value. After months, I have yet to make my headset work as expected. I can pair with "TV sound + Bluetooth Device" but not Bluetooth device only. LG help no help.

I bought the TV two weeks ago for my bead room. This is my 4th LG in last 10 years. I love the quality of the TV for the money spent and the color and brightness is great. LG makes commonsense driven features which I like. It has all the options I need; including a bluetooth feature which I use while my spouse is sleeping so, the sound does not keep her wake. Only complaint I have with the remote. The magic remote does not light up during dark hours and the bottons don't feel smoth like high end LG remote.
