We've had this tv for a few weeks and it's very nice. The only downside I have seen is that it doesn't offer the same apps as my last tv did. Sometimes it's frustrating using the toggle ball but the picture and audio is great. Overall, I would buy again.

TV has a decent quality image for the low cost. The colors are rather vibrant, even though it suffers in dark/black colors, appearing grayish when full black is displayed on the screen. The menus and control is great, giving you an abundance of customization options.

LG has always been 9ne of tye top brands thet I consider when buying a new appliance. This time, it was the top choice as it had every option i desired and more. Now that i am accustomed to the remotes many options for channel changing, its vecome quite intuitive. The picture quality is clear and sharp. When you watch at any angle, the picture does not warp. Sound quality is great, but I bet adding a sound bar would be intense! Overall its the best tv in my home now.

I really enjoy this TV, it was easy to setup and I love the app interface. The only thing I don't like is the "smart" features are a little slow and clunky, but for this price, I feel like that's something I'll happily accept. I am rather happy with my purchase, and a roku or chromecast easily fix any of the issues I have with the media interface. Quality product for a good value.

It's user friendly and has a great picture not to mention an easy to use remote which makes the whole experience altogether superb! This is my first LG product and I am sticking to this brand from now on. I highly recommend to everyone.

Bougt this after a lot of research. It was perfect...picture is spot on. Views are where they should be and price point is not to be beat. TY for the product and the opportunity to enjoy this TV. LG is not good it is excellent. I suggest this 86" if anyone is in the market

Overall I like the TV. The smart remote is both intuitive and clunky at the same time. I'm still learning how to use it and it's features but I do like the options. The response time of the TV when using the remove is slow. When you back out of a program or app it takes quite a while for the TV to register that task and the TV will sometimes go back to that task for some reason. Takes some getting used to but as I learn more this may change. The screen is great. Picture quality if outstanding, especially compared to my last TV. Overall I like it

I bought this to replace an old 3D LG LED tv. The set up was not bad, but on my old “smart” LG it would no longer update, so I'm wondering if that may happen here as well. I ended up using a Roku on the old one. I think it may be better for LG to leave the streaming to another service. The picture is a bit dark, even when I adjust the settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been happy with the purchase of this TV. for the price we paid I expected the ability to get ALL apps available for streaming apps. I was not happy when I had to get an additional USB supported product to get the apps that I am missing. Overall good quality, great picture. less heavy than my last wall mounted TV. customer service did contact me and provided an option to get new TV stand legs as the ones that came with the TV were not "safe".
