The 11002b Multi-tasker is a big-league cooker that can do it all. It can braise, sear, smoke, super smoke and hold your meal in a warming temperature until you're ready to serve. It's substantial -- 275 pounds delivered on the pallet -- and it's insulated, so you'll won't take heat from the "competition crowd" and you won't lose heat smokin' in the upper Midwest when the temps drop outside.

Installation was pretty straight forward. Pellets that cam with grill burn relatively clean with little clean up. I applied heavy duty foil to drip try and bottom of grill for easy clean up. I have now done a spatchcock turkey, burgers, and a prime rib. All of these were done in December with below freezing conditions. Holds temperature very well even in the cold weather. Everything has come out perfect and tasted great. The WIFI app was easy to install and setup was easy. No issues using my phone to set temps or shut off grill from phone. My only complaint is I wish the temperature probes that come with the grill could be set at temperatures below 160F. Medium rare items at 125-140F you just have to watch the probe temps but can't take advantage of the alert system within the app. Not a huge deal but would have been nice.

I have the Multitasker 11002B Had a major malfunction (lost a 10lb brisket). Made contact with Zgrills customer service was fabulous!!!! They told me what they needed, we went back and forth due to emails took a little time, but we made it thru Zgrills replaced my smoker What a Company to Stand behind their Product WOW I was Elated, Blown Away WOW I can't express enough how great a Company Zgrills I'd buy it again Its worth it I use this smoker 5 out of 7 days a week. We enjoy every item cooked on this smoker/grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grills works great, I have cooked 2 beef briskets on and they were delicious. My original grill was a wood pellet Trager however the Z grill performed a little better and is cheaper. Also there were a few hick ups getting it delivered but there customer support was great. I would definitely stay with purchasing a Z grill over a trager any day.

We upgraded our first Z Grill to the much bigger WiFi version (the 11002B Multi-tasker) as a Christmas gift to each other, and we couldn’t be more pleased! From delivery, to assembly, to our first brisket—smooth as can be. Super impressed with how steady the temp holds, even in our snowy, windy PNW winter weather! The probes have also been accurate and easy to use and check from inside. We are very happy campers!

A beautiful piece of equipment. Probably the best built I’ve seen to date. Very easy and holds temp well. Maybe add a couple of hooks, front or back, to hang the grates when not using for that cook! Just an idea. I have added them to my smoker on the front. Perfect!

Like so many, I am a 20+ year loyal to the “stick burning” smoker. But after downsizing, extensive research and wanting to get the “near same” result with less work and cleanup, I decided to give this pellet smoker a shot. I’ve only own it a short while but have smoke fish, pork, beef, chicken and veggies and I must say, I am very impressed with how well this pellet smoker cooks. I’m also using the 12” smoke tube which makes a huge difference. The build quality and even cooking is pretty impressive when compared to other pellet smokers in this price range. So far, I am happy with this purchase.

Took me about an hour to put together was pretty simple just make sure to have a helping hand. The burn in process was simple and quick.Done my first cook on it with no problems,It held temp like a champ and it heats even across the grill.The app works perfect had no issues connecting to it and it stayed connect unlike others I have used.If you are on the fence about buy one just do yourself a favor a pull the trigger and get it.My only complaint is that I wish I had bought this grill first instead of another brand that I had to fix at the start of every season and got tired of it.Just buy it and be done.

I've been using an electric smoker for about six years and decided to up grade to a pellet grill. I was leaning towards the Pit Boss brand, as three co-workers had them and didn't have any complaints or problems. One feature that I was definitely looking for was a wifi - Bluetooth controller. Before I ever purchase a big ticket item, I do a lot of research to be sure I get what I want. So for research I searched many sites, and watched many YouTube videos comparing different brands. In doing so I saw a lot of features that the Z Grills had in the Multi Tasker 11002B. Such as the ,Wi-Fi Bluetooth controller, big 28 lb hopper, front shelf, and something that I originally wasn't thinking about and haven't seen in many grills, a double wall cooking chamber. And living in New England this is going to help keep the heat in most of the year. The one thing I was a little nervous about was not being able to see these grills in person. But , after doing research and reading reviews from other people that had this grill, I decided to purchase the 11002B . It took about a week for it to be shipped from California to New England, and my worry was I hope it didn't get damaged in the shipping process. Well let me tell you, this unit was packaged very well and was also strapped to a pallet. As other people have said, this grill is built like a tank. I was very impressed with the quality of material and build of this unit. It took me about 30- 40 minutes to put this grill together, with a little help from one of my son's. It was nice that the hopper was already attached to the main body of grill.You definitely need help with the weight of this grill. Following the steps for the burn in process was very easy. It was about a 50⁰ day when I was doing the burn in and the grill got to 500 degrees within 25 minutes, which I thought was very good. Last night I cooked chicken breast and everything came out great. As of right now I am so glad that my thoughts of buying a different brand fell through and I found out more about Z Grills. If anyone is looking for a well built, great controller and double wall grill, don't hesitate to purchase the Z Grill 11002B. It was worth the extra money for me to purchase this grill.

I just bought the ZGrills 1100 2B Labor Day weekend. Delivered I about a week and assembly was fairly easy! Helps having 2 people! But, smoked a Pork Butt last weekend and I mean this baby smokes! Would if given a 5 star, but still cannot get WiFi connected! But maybe a router issue! But, would definitely recommend this smoker to anyone as it is built like a tank! Worth my money thus far!
