Assembly was easy, put it together by myself. Used it twice so far, smoked two naked pork butts for tamales. Cold smoked (160F) them for 6 hours because the were still frozen after 3 days in the refrigerator. Dialed it up to 225F to get them to 160F. Finished in the oven. Decent smoke flavor. Having wifi control and temp probes makes managing a cook a breeze. Can't wait to get my next one in 5 years.

This grill is currently one of the best values available ANYWHERE. This is a top notch unit. It is huge, extremely sturdy, easy to build and great quality all around. The double-walled construction means it reaches temps very quickly, and holds them easily. In fact once set to a temperature it is within a couple degrees for as long as the unit is on. Everything I have cooked on this has been absolutely amazing. The "Super Smoke" and "Keep Warm" modes are great to have. The former will make TONS of smoke while the temps swing back and forth between 160-200F, and the latter is the perfect setting to let your meat "rest", and will hold a good temp until you re ready to serve. In spite of the gigantic size the grill is very efficient and uses pellets sparingly. I doubt I will be buying much barbeque anymore since I can make my own for a fraction of the price. My only complaints are so minor it cannot lose a star! I would love to see hooks for accessories, though magnet hooks on the hopper bin will work well. And a under-grill access to the firepot would have been nice for cleanout, but it's not terribly tough to get there through the grill and this encourages keeping the racks and deflector clean as well. If you are on the fence I would say buy it. I doubt you will be disappointed.

Build quality is great. It's obvious they took great care in the packaging for shipping. That says a lot to me about attention to details. It was an simple assembly. I did use power tools so it was a little quicker. I like the wifi and phone app feature. Came with two thermometer probes, a sturdy grill cover, and smoking tube. First item smoked was a turkey. Could've used a little more smoke flavor but probably due to cooking at a higher temperature. The outside temperature was 18 degrees farenheit and the PID did a great job keeping the temperature consistent. I'll try a brisket next but will cook at a lower temp and use the smoking tube. Hopefully will get better results.

From the time that I ordered my grill I received it in 2 days and it took an hour to put it together. I’ve used it twice now and it has been very easy to use the app and grill controls. Overall a very simple grill to use and I look forward to using it more this summer.

I currently own 2 other stick smokers and wanted to try a pellet grill. Our friend swore by his Z grill and convinced me to look at it. Sam's had the best deal around but, it took 3 months to catch it in stock. It finally arrived last week in perfect condition. I was surprised how heavy and well-built it was and how easy it went together. This thing is so simple to operate my wife is cooking on it. We have smoked a whole chicken and a slab of ribs so far this week and both turned out amazing.

Don't waste your money. I spent 1 hour putting the grill together and it would not start. I called the company and no parts are available. Do your research and find grills that have parts available before you purchase . Sams club was great and refunded my full purchase price.

Good construction and relatively simple to put together. Good price. I was able to get it to heat to 476 degrees f. On the flaws side, I have not been able to connect to WIFI even after trying all the tutorials. Also, the cover that came with it was is difficult to fit.

The grill worked flawlessly and I had fun doing it. If your on the fence about one of these grills, buy it you won’t be disappointed.

Loving this unit so far. I'm new to smokers so I'm having fun trying different stuff. No issues with the controls on the unit and the app is working well for me so far. Packaging was good and assembly straight forward. Instructions could have been a bit clearer, but thats a universal truth anymore. I do recommend (as do the Instructions) to have at least one helper for assembly as the top unit is a little heavy and awkward to get mounted solo. The rest is no big deal. Took an hour or so in front of the TV.

This is the first pellet smoker I've ever owned... so far I've grilled on it 3 times, and did a 6 hour smoke on it. Overall it's a great product. However, there are a few things that I've found so far. The app temps dont match after its hit its target. The temp will match as it's climbing, but as soon as it'll reach target it will have about a 30 degree difference. Setting up the smoker was a little annoying. The first piece was at the top of box 2, and the second piece was at the bottom of box 1. Other than that the smoker itself is phenomenal!
