I have used this grill multiple times. Love it so far. I’ve cooked ribs, burgers, pork chops,Tri-tip and a bone in pork shoulder. Everything has come out pretty good. Only had a few issues during assembly one wheel didn’t want to screw in the leg had to retap the hole and had to unscrew a wheel to make unit level both easy fixes for the mechanically inclined

The grill works well, not so much the wifi app. One of the primary reasons I bought this model was for the convenience of monitoring the grill over WiFi using their app. I'm not sure if it's the grill hardware that has issues or the app but sometimes I lose connection to the grill in the middle of using it and can't get it to function for the rest of the time I'm cooking. That's a big let down for me.

I had bought the 450-b at a black Friday deal 5 years ago. Loved it so much that I bought the 11002b and love this grill even more. The options and how much you can cook is crazy. The wifi is a added bonus and bigger hopper for over night cooks. Biggest pro, hood comes insulated. If you live in the north you can smoke on this thing and have no problems

As the previous owner of several other brands of pellet grills (GMG, Traeger, Weber SmokeFire and Camp Chef) I can honestly say that this grill has the most bang for the buck. If you're looking for killer grill marks and great searing action, then look elsewhere. If it's a great smoker with modern features you want, then this is your grill. My first cook was 2,10lb Boston Butts that went unwrapped for 21 hours at 215. This grill held temps like a champ and the double wall construction kept the heat in and pellet consumption low. The WiFi connectivity, although basic, did its job and I was able to monitor temps accurately. You won't find a better pellet grill at this price point ($499.00) on the market anywhere. If you're on the fence, don't wait and get it at this price while you can. You won't regret it!

Came with a faulty controller out of the box. Went back and forth with ZGrills for several weeks with no resolution. They wanted me to wait a couple of more weeks for a new controller. Returned it back to the store for a refund and will be looking at another grill.

Don't waste your money. I spent 1 hour putting the grill together and it would not start. I called the company and no parts are available. Do your research and find grills that have parts available before you purchase . Sams club was great and refunded my full purchase price.

This is a great grill. You can not beat the price and quality.

Realy nice grill has alot of space

This thing is awesome built like a tank and smokes like your grand father. It can get to 530 f and is excellent at low and slow

Very good deal on an excellent pellet smoker! I couldn’t beat the price Sam Club charged for the 11002B.
