I like the pellet smoker!!! Except it does not have the option to dump the fire box. To clean the ashes you are required to remove the grates and drip pan and remove ashes with a shop vac….. in my opinion that is a flaw and probably would not have bought it for that one reason.

I have always wanted a smoker...my wife finally let me pull the trigger...couldn't pass up the great deal they had on future smokers... anyway, I assembled the smoker in approximately 1.5 hrs...I smoked a pork tenderloin...couldn't have come out better...this smoker made it so easy for this 70 year old first time smoker... absolutely love it and hope to smoke lots of good stuff...people are already giving me ideas.

After two weeks and only three cooks I have been pleased with my purchase of The Z Grills 11002B. 6 months from now I should be be able to give a more accurate review based on more exposure. A this point I must say I was very pleased with Sam's Club's timely email communications as well as that of the delivery service AIT, calling to confirm delivery on the day it was scheduled. The package was delivered in pristine condition and offloaded into my garage. Assembly was reasonably straight forward with some semantics maybe a little confusing for USA customers, but a close look at the drawings which were accurate and large, quickly resolved any confusion. My install time wasn't 1 hr. but at 80 with arthritis and bad knees I thought an afternoon was reasonable. Wife helped hand me stuff as I lay on the floor and it took both of us to tip the 200 lb grill onto it's side. Initial burn in instructions were clearly written and completed without error. I don't have a smart phone so didn't set up the remote app yet. Still too busy watching and trying different settings, verifying displayed temps, color of the meat, etc., but will set up wi-fi to my laptop later. First 6 hour try at spare ribs went well but not perfect. Temp stayed so constant I watched a movie and forgot a temp change in the ribs instructions. Then over compensated trying to correct things! Results were smokey flavor but could have been a little more tender. My fault, not the grill. Hopefully in 6 months I'll have enough experience to properly evaluate the Z Grills 11002B.

I have used it once already and had great luck. It held perfect temperature the entire time. Had a little smoke ring on the meat (ribs) and the meat was nice and tender. Best part compared to previous smokers I have had, I was able to turn up the heat and burn off residue. Easy clean up

Very solid unit and worked beautifully right out of the box. Met all of my expectations. Note: the assembly instructions are a bit terrible. One of the first few steps skips the size bolt to use and other steps omit entire parts unless you infer things from the hazy pictures.

I received the grill in 2 boxes as expected. I was able to assemble it by myself for the most part with the sole exception of needing a second person to place the main grill chamber on the base and get it secured. Assembly instructions were sufficient for me to assemble the grill in a very reasonable timeframe. I did notice a few parts were bent and dented while assembling the grill and reached out to Z-Grills about it. They responded with a very reasonable financial consideration and refunded a small portion of my purchase costs. I followed the instructions for the grill burn in on a Friday. My first cook was a spatchcock chicken to test the grill and I was very pleased with the temperature consistency, the smoke volume, and the ease of control with the new 2.0 Wi-Fi app. Overall, I am very pleased with my latest Z-Grills purchase. This is my 2nd Z-Grills pellet smoker.

Terrible! My wife and daughters bought me this grill for Father’s Day. After initial set up, it would not go above 200°. They sent me a new temperature probe which I installed and it tried to burn up. There was smoke coming back through the auger box. Now they’re sending me a new auger motor which they say I have to install. If this doesn’t work, the grill will be coming back!

Unit was delieved by 3rd party and was left on the pellet feed side. Weight of unit damaged the pellet feeder

I love my Z Grill so far. Just received it, was easy to put together and love the wifi feature with thermometers! Can cook outside from my couch! Meat probe more accurate than others that I have used!

This grill is an amazing find, the price is great! I’ve used this grill three times so far and my food was amazing! I smoked a ham and some spare ribs and beef ribs!
